Fall Festival Please come to Fall Festival tonight from 6­8 p.m. There will be games, a cupcake walk, rock climbing, potato bar ($5 per person), musical performances, and a lot of fun!

Homecoming Dance 2015 Homecoming is Saturday, October 3 from 8:00­ 10:30 pm. The theme is "Midnight at Marilyn's". Come ready to "Rock Around The Clock" with this fun 1950's theme. Tickets are $8 single, $12 couple $30 group of 5. This dance is open to all High School students.

Elementary Technology Night Are you having trouble understanding how to use educational websites? Do you want more information on how to help your students with technology? You’re in luck! The IACS elementary teachers are hosting an educational technology night on Oct. 6 from 6:30­7:30 p.m. Parents are encouraged to come and learn about how your students are using Khan Academy, IXL, Storia, PowerSchool, and Google Classroom. These 18­minute presentations will be targeted towards parents. Students can stay with parents and help explain, or they can join the high school’s Key Club in the Phoenix Room for Bingo. Parents who attend this event will also be awarded a homework pass for each of their students. We look forward to seeing you all on Tuesday, October 6!

Discount Night at the Farmstead Monday, October 12 is IACS discount night at the Farmstead. Just say you are with Idaho Arts Charter school and get in for only $5.25 instead of the regular price of $8.75. ANYONE who says they are with IACS gets the discount! This admission covers Includes the Corn Maze, hayride and other activities. Plus at 7:30 pm we will have KISS THE PIG! Mark your calendars now for this fun event and help support IACS Music Department!

Comedy and Cupcakes Platinum Dance Team dancers are selling tickets to Comedy & Cupcakes, a Platinum Dance Team Fundraiser to be held Nov.14th in the Phoenix Room. The two shows are at 5pm & 7:30pm. Tickets are $20. Raffle Prizes, dessert, and childcare are provided for donation. Please support PDT by purchasing tickets to this Family Friendly Comedy event straight out of L.A. Parent Volunteer Opportunity We need a parent to “rotate” our playground bark with a rototiller­­if you are interested in this unique opportunity, please call Mrs. McGrath at 463­4324.

Students! Interested in a career in Criminal Justice? There will be a free seminar on "Careers in Criminal Justice" this coming Monday October 5th 6:00 to 7:30 PM at the University of Phoenix campus in Meridian. This will a great opportunity to heard from professionals in this exciting field. See Mr. Bradfield if you have any questions.

Disney Trip Dancers Reminder Just a reminder... If your high school Dance Education or Platinum Dancer is attending the Disney trip in the spring, deposits of $300.00 are due to the school Sept 30th. There will be a parent meeting during fall Student Led Conferences for all attending the trip.

Closed campus reminder Just a reminder that IACS is a closed campus. Students may not leave campus for lunch or to go get food during the school day.
