During the 2012 season she helped lead the Pride to a Colonial Athletic Association championship and an appearance in the NCAA Tournament. DeRosa gained experience as a head women’s soccer coach at Nas- sau Community College walking their sidelines from 2011-2012. During her one year at Nassau CC she coached the Lions to an 8-5-3 record and saw eight players earn All-Region XV honors, including five first team selections. Before her year with Nassau CC, she served as head junior varsity coach at Calhoun High School in Bellmore, New York.
