Season Recap The Panthers started the year with a 2-2 draw against then ranked No. 11 LIU Post before splitting the next four games. The team then won six in a row prior to the Northeast-10 Championship Final loss to Southern New Hampshire. During that six-game stretch, the Panthers scored 13 goals that included a 2-0 win against Le Moyne in the quarterfinals and a 2-1 victory at Merrimack in the semifinals. With a 13-4-3 overall record, Adelphi earned the third seed in the East Region of the NCAA Tournament. This is the first NCAA berth for the Panthers in Division II since 1975. From 1976-2012, the Panthers played as a Division I program. Prior to the end of the season, six members of the program were named NE-10 All-Conference selections, led by Rookie of the Year James Thristino. df sdf sdf asdf asdf asdf Wilmingtondsaf Wildcats 14-5 Member of the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Wilmington posted a 14-5 overall record and a 10-2 mark in CACC action. The squad earned the #1 seed in their conference tournament and made it to the semifinals by defeating Goldey-Beacom 4-0. At the semifinal game, they fell to #4 seeded Chesnut Hill who fell to Bloomfield in the conference finals. Neither team made the NCAA tournament. The Wildcats are lead by Clifford Nwechefom, a midfielder, who is tops on the team with 17 goals and four assists for 38 points. He is followed by Lance Berry, who also had 38 points on 13 goals and 12 assists; Josh Fawssett with 16 pts (6g, 4a), Jamie Burridge with 11 points (3g, 5a) and Steven O’Connor (5g, 1a) with 11 points. Wilmington has relied on Frank Hall between the posts all season long. The (class) keeper started in 17 games and has logged nearly 1420 minutes in net, allowing just 10 goals for a .64 goals against average to go along withhis 53 saves. There were a total of six All-Conference awards given to Wilmington players. Clifford Nwechefom, Juan Bernal, Lance Barry and Adrian Tash were named to the All-CACC First-Team while Joe Woodley and Frank Hall were named to the Second-Team.
