Academic year 2020-2021 Arabian Gulf University is looking toward recruitment of biomedical engineer to work in MSSC for the jobs described below. The new recruits will work mainly to help the medical education of simulation in the college of and medical science (CMMS) Reports to: The Director for the Center of Simulation. Location: MSSC –AGU 2019/medical simulation.

Job Description: Advise and assist in the application of instrumentation in clinical environments. 1. Maintain the function of all manikins and other instruments in MSSC

1. Check regularly the functionality of the all equipment’s and reporting any fault or damage. 2. Develop medical diagnostic of clinical instrumentation, equipment, and procedures, utilizing the principles of engineering and bio- sciences. 3. Evaluate the safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of biomedical equipment.

1. Advise MSSC director on the planning, acquisition, and use of medical equipment.

1. Analyze new medical procedures in order to forecast likely outcomes.

1. Utilize and develop new applications for learning space server and implement the recording in the debriefing sessions.

1. Diagnose and interpret bioelectric data, using signal-processing techniques.

1. Teach biomedical engineering, or disseminate knowledge about field through writing or consulting. Qualification Bachelor of biomedical engineering. Experience: Two years’ experience in the field.
