On the border between Umbria and Tuscany, in a very panoramic position not far from Città di Castello, stone country house with pool. The land (1.0 ha) is landscaped as a garden all around the country house and also houses the 10 × 5 m pool. The nearby town (4km; 5') provides all the necessary services and several of the most notable centers of Tuscany and Umbria can be reached with a short travel by car (Umbertide, Città di Cas- tello, Cortona, Montepulciano, Perugia, Assisi, Siena, Florence...). Lake Trasimeno is just 30' away by car.

The land surrounding the house, roughly 1.0 hectare in total, is covered in gardens all around the building while further away there are trees. Three stone-paved terraces allow relaxing in the open and offer a beautiful view of the green Umbrian countryside.
