Caddie Parking: Caddie parking is in Lot 2. Lot 2 is located at Riverbend Church and will require a short shuttle ride to the country club. Dedicated caddie only shuttles will be provided using Cadillac Escalades. Caddies who advance to the weekend will be permitted to park on site in Lot 1. Parking hang tags will be available in caddie services. Caddie Congregation: The Caddie Lounge and dining area will be located in the Austin Country Club teaching facility on the left side of the driving range. Caddie Hospitality: Complimentary breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks will be provided in the Caddie Lounge on the driving range. Caddie Registration: The Caddie Registration will be located in the Austin Country Club teaching facility on the left side of the driving range. Yardage Book Cost: Free No Greens Books
Inclement Weather Plans: For inclement weather and at the finish of play, the evacuation volunteer committee will provide transportation back to the clubhouse using Cadillac Escalades or carts. All evacuation volunteers will be in the bubble. Once back at the clubhouse, caddies may proceed to the caddie lounge or return to the shuttle back to Lot 2. Caddie Spouses & Guests: Caddie spouses & credentialed guests will have access to the tournament grounds Monday - Sunday of tournament week. Dining will be for purchase at the on-course concession locations. They will have access with their badge to park in Lot 5 at Barton Creek Mall which will require a shuttle to the main tournament entrance.
