TV Wrap • In efforts to limit the amount of printed material on site, the Dell Technologies Match Play is eliminating the full printed spectator guide. Video window is placed 60px off the left, 150p off the top, 274px off the right and 38px off the bottom. • Please leave a 10% “safe area” around the inside of your design. • Avoid thin, complex fonts for your copy. Thick, bold, clean fonts work best. Font sizes should be as large as possible - there isn’t a strict numeric size to go by. Think “billboard”! • Solid backgrounds generally work best and dark backgrounds with white color fonts are recommended. • Please send .png format. POLICIES AND PROCEDURES Alcohol Policy Strict adherence to alcoholic beverage consumption laws will be enforced in all hospitality areas. • Alcohol cannot be served to anyone younger than 21; proof of age will be required for anyone younger than 35 • Only two drinks may be purchased at a time; spectators are not allowed to carry more than two drinks at any given time • Beverages may not be brought into or taken out of the ACC Clubhouse First Aid Presented by Baylor Scott & White Health Four First Aid stations are available during tournament week. First Aid Headquarters is located in the cart barn next to the 1st tee and the clubhouse. The second location is within Fan Village. The third and fourth locations are on 6 green and near 16 tee. For serious injuries, an ambulance is on site as well. Inclement Weather Policy Observe the leaderboards throughout the golf course for “Weather Warning” signs that will appear prior to inclement weather moving into the area. When this sign appears, spectators are advised to take precautions PRIOR to play being suspended. If the siren sounds, seek shelter immediately. AVOID THE FOLLOWING - Open areas, bleachers, hilltops, high places, isolated trees, bodies of water, golf carts and metal or wire fences. If your hospitality suites are deemed unsafe, this will be communicated on all scoreboards, hospitality televisions, and via your hospitality staff and volunteers. Lost & Found Lost and found will be located within Fan Village Fan in the spectator info tent. After gate hours, all items will be transferred to the tournament office.
