Alcohol Policy Strict adherence to alcoholic beverage consumption laws will be enforced in all hospitality areas. • Alcohol cannot be served to anyone younger than 21; proof of age will be required for anyone younger than 35 • Only two drinks may be purchased at a time; spectators are not allowed to carry more than two drinks at any given time • Beverages may not be brought into or taken out of the ACC Clubhouse

First Aid Presented by Baylor Scott & White Health Four First Aid stations are available during tournament week. First Aid Headquarters is located in the cart barn to the 1st tee and the clubhouse. The second location is within Fan Village. The third and fourth locations are on 6 green and near 16 tee. For serious injuries, an ambulance is on site as well.

Inclement Weather Policy Observe the leaderboards throughout the for “Weather Warning” signs that will appear prior to inclement weather moving into the area. When this sign appears, spectators are advised to take precautions PRIOR to play being suspended. If the siren sounds, seek shelter immediately. AVOID THE FOLLOWING - Open areas, bleachers, hilltops, high places, isolated trees, bodies of water, golf carts and metal or wire fences. If your hospitality suites are deemed unsafe, this will be communicated on all scoreboards, hospitality televisions, and via your hospitality staff and volunteers.

Will Call Will Call is located at the main tournament entrance near the 360 loop ramp. It is for last minute pick-ups and redistribution of tickets. Hours of operation are as follows: • Monday & Tuesday 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. • Wednesday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. • Saturday 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. • Sunday 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. There will be a second location at the clubhouse for members.

Youth Policy - Grounds - UPDATED FOR 2020 Children 15 and under will be admitted free to the grounds of the tournament with a paying adult. Free youth admittance provides grounds only.

Military Admission The Dell Technologies Match Play is pleased to provide complimentary military tickets (Wednesday – Sunday) • Tickets will be given to active duty and Reserve military members plus one dependent each. • In additional, the tournament’s youth policy will apply to these military tickets. • Complimentary parking will be provided to these ticket holders at , Wednesday – Sunday. • Tickets will be distributed at the following bases: Camp Mabry, Fort Hood and JBSA. The Birdies for the Brave Patriots’ Outpost All active, retired, Reserve military members, National Guard and military veterans and their dependents will have access to the Birdies for the Brave Patriots’ Outpost. Digital Parking – New for 2020 Hospitality parking passes for Lot 5 will be issued digitally for 2020. Uber/Taxi Guests are welcome to hire a personal car service to transport them to and from the golf course. A designated drop off/pick up point will be located near the main tournament entrance by the 360 boat ramp. Vehicles without the proper passes will not be able to access the Austin Country Club Gate on Long Champ Drive. POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Lake Austin Regulations One of the most breathtaking and picturesque parts of the Dell Technologies Match Play and Austin Country Club is where the tournament’s back nine borders . Yes, fans can park their boats on the lake and watch golf. That said, there are a few regulations in doing so: • There will be a no wake zone the entire length of the golf course where it borders Lake Austin. • There will be a buoy line approximately 100 yards off the bulk head that borders Austin Country Club. • Boaters are permitted to anchor your boat on the buoy line but not inside. Fans parked at the buoy line should behave similarly to if they were on site and be mindful of volume and competition. • Access to the Marina next to Austin Country Club is restricted to boat slip owners. • The area will be monitored by local law enforcement.

Disabled Guest Services Disabled guest parking will be available for guests displaying a state issued hang tag. Special access buses are available for transportation to and from the Main Championship Entrance. Disabled guest parking is located at Camp Mabry. Please follow posted signs to access the lot. • Once on site, a shuttle service is provided to help those patrons with specials needs to access the course. • Disabled guest viewing platforms are located at: 1 Tee and 16 Tee. Internet Wireless internet access will be available for your use in all hospitality venues. The network and passcode will be provided in your suite.

Wristbands and Digital Tickets – NEW for 2020 • Hospitality tickets will be fulfilled digitally for the 2020 event. Please refer to the following page for specific digital ticketing information. • Your guests’ hospitality passes will be scanned upon entry to the tournament grounds. • They will also need to show this mobile pass again when accessing your hospitality venue for the first time each day. • Our corporate hospitality volunteers will scan the mobile pass again upon entry to the tent and will apply a wristband specific to your venue and day. • The mobile pass will then be identified as used and cannot be transferred to another guest to enter the venue. • Wristbands alone do not allow access to the tournament grounds or any hospitality venue.

Smoking & Vaping Smoking & vaping are not permitted in any hospitality structures.

Pairings Guides Pairings guides are provided free of charge. They will be distributed at the main tournament entrance and will also be delivered to your suite each morning.

On a computer desktop, you may accept, transfer, view and manage tickets using the WGC-Dell Technologies Match Play Account Manager Website. Tickets are mobile enabled, meaning that your tickets will only generate barcodes on a mobile device using the PGA TOUR Mobile APP or while using the Account Manager site on a web browser. These tickets cannot be printed.

Step by step instructions:

1. Login or create a Dell Technologies Match Play Account Manager Account (This is different than a Ticketmaster account) 2. Accept your tickets by clicking Dashboard on the top left corner of your screen 3. To transfer tickets click on the My Events page 4. Select the tournament day or days you’d like to share tickets for 5. Click next 6. Enter the name and email address of the person you’d like to receive the tickets 7. Click Transfer

Once you transfer your tickets, you will receive a confirmation on the screen as well as via email. Please note that once the recipient accepts the tickets they will no longer be available in your account. Austin Country Club Austin Country Club is the second hospitality catering provider for the Dell Technologies Match Play. Austin Country Club is responsible for all the food and beverage served in the Clubhouse.

Florals The Dell Technologies Match Play uses the unique and colorful floral designs of TLC Florists. TLC will be responsible for creating all the flower arrangements and landscaping you will see on the course throughout the entire tournament. They will work with Proof of the Pudding and the Tournament Staff to carefully match floral designs to the linens, furniture, and décor within each venue.

Floral arrangements are included in the cost of your hospitality package. Private hospitality clients (Lowlands Lodge, Capital Club & Bridge House) interested in upgrading your florals can contact the tournament office for options.
