Hrvoje Haramina Student: Alen Herceg, 0135211926 Zagreb, 2015. SAŽETAK Primjena simulacijskog modeliranja omogućava analizu željezničkog sustava s ciljem njegovog unapređenja. U ovom radu izrađen je model željezničkih pruga M102 (Zagreb Glavni kolodvor – Dugo Selo) i M201 (Dugo Selo – Koprivnica) u simulacijskom programu OpenTrack. KLJUČNE RIJEČI: željeznički promet; simulacijsko modeliranje; stabilnost voznog reda The use of simulation modelling enables the railway system analysis with the aim of its improvement. In this work the model of railway lines M102 (Zagreb Glavni kolodvor – Dugo Selo) and M201 (Dugo Selo – Koprivnica) is created.

  • Simulation of Railway Operation on the Line from Zagreb to Karlovac by OPENTRACK
Simulation of Railway Operation on the line from Zagreb to Karlovac by OPENTRACK Hrvoje HARAMINA, University of Zagreb, Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences Andreas SCHÖBEL, Vienna University of Technology, Institute of Transportation, Research Centre for Railway Engineering Tihomir PLEŠA, University of Zagreb, Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences Abstract The application of simulation software in the planning process is state-of-the-art at many railway infrastructure managers. On the one hand software tools are used to point out the demand for new infrastructure and on the other hand they are used to optimize traffic flow in railway networks by support of the time table related processes. This paper deals with the first application of the software tool called OPENTRACK for simulation of railway operation on an existing line in Croatia from Zagreb to Karlovac. Aim of the work was to find out if the actual version of OPENTRACK able to consider the Croatian signalling system. Therefore the capability arises to use it also for other investigations in railway operation. Keywords: railway operation, simulation 1. Introduction The use of computing in railway-engineering is nowadays state-of-the-art. Project planning of train control and signalling technology is assisted by simulation of operation. Simulation allows statements of functionality by scenarios, without the assumption, that an application has to be realised in some location. The importance of simulation is pointed by the fact, that railway-enterprises demand simulation-outputs for new technologies which guarantee the efficiency, performance and utilisability of products. Independently from the used software there are three different types of simulation inputs: railway infrastructure (e.g.

  • Outlet Centres in Europe
MARKET SURVEY March 2021 Outlet Centres in Europe Market Survey covering all operating and planned Outlet Centres in the European Countries Study within the Scope of ecostra’s Basic Research understanding markets | evaluating risks | discovering chances Preliminary remarks Beginning in the USA and, over the past 25 years, subsequently spreading in Europe as well, a new retail format has been established: the Factory Outlet Centre (FOC) or Designer Outlet Centre (DOC). In the meantime, such a high density of Outlet Centres already exists in some European countries (e.g. Great Britain), that one can certainly speak of market saturation here. Thus, in Great Britain, as in the USA also, a market shakeout is observable among locations of Outlet Centres, whereby the most professional operators, and accordingly suitable locations, win out over less productive concepts or locations with weaknesses. The situation in continental Europe is somehow different. Due what are, to date, extremely restrictive building permission procedures compared to those in the rest of Europe, Germany has only a very few Outlet Centres in relation to the size of this national market. However, there is little doubt that this will change in the medium-term perspective, at least. The kind of emotional argument that often used to take place until just a few years ago has now given way to a much more factual discussion on the advantages and disadvantages of establishing an Outlet Centre. Whereas Germany still shows a lot of potential for new Outlet Centres, Italy has seen a rapid development in the last years, and it’s difficult to discover any “white spots” on the map there.

Na taj način željeznica sve manje predstavlja barijeru, a sve više dolaze do izražaja potencijalne mogućnosti njenoga boljeg uključenja u prometni sustav garda i njegove okolice.
