PARENTS OR GUARDIANS MUST READ AND SIGN THE FOLLOWING CONSENT: We the parents or guardians, and I the 4-H member, have read the rules and complete entry. As parents or guardians, we hereby consent to our child’s participation in the Tripp County 4-H Rodeo at Winner, SD on the 17th of July, 2020. We do hereby release the 4-H Rodeo Committee and/or its agents and the or his agent from any and all liability for damages whatsoever that may occur to our child or our child’s or mount, while competing in said show or while enroute to or from the Rodeo Grounds. We give the local hospital or clinic and physicians or ambulance attendants permission to administer necessary treatment and release all the above persons from liability.

COVID-19 EVENT SAFETY STANDARDS

• Contestant check in will be limited to one person per family. Not every contestant will need to come to the rodeo office to check in. Please keep this to one person per family. • Hand sanitizer stations will be located at the arena. Outside the rodeo office; by the small arena crow’s nest. • Masks and gloves will be available at rodeo office • Entrance to the rodeo office WILL NOT be allowed, contestants and parents will use the window at the rodeo office. • Awards will be handed out after the secretary has updated that event. • Stock contractor, contestant and one/two helpers will only be allowed in the rough stock area. Unless you are a contestant or a parent helping your child, you will not be allowed in back or front of the bucking chutes. • Roping area’s----contestant, one parent and workers only allowed. • The workers in each arena will be watching for “bottleneck” areas, please be courteous to their recommendations should this occur. • Please allow social distancing when sitting in the bleacher area and locations where you will be waiting in line, office, lunch stand, etc •
