The press photographers are obliged to wear a special photo-bib at the area of the ski jump all the time. Using the chair-lift and taking photos of ski jumpers at the inrun will be possible only during 1 st training round and trial round on 15 th January (entries in the Press Office). All photographers interested in getting on the top of the hill are obliged to report their wish until 30 minutes before the beginning of the training/trial round. The list of names of reported photographers will be published in the Press Office. The amount of place is limited. All accredited photographers will be able to take part in prize-giving ceremony after competition. Press accreditations will be granted only through the official website of the Press Office of the competitions: www.wisla-malinka.com 2. Correctly filled in on-line applications will be accepted from 4 th December to 29 th December 2014, inclusive . There will be no possibility to apply after 29 th December 2014! 3. The confirmation of approving or rejecting the application for accreditation will be sent by e-mail to the e-mail address specified in the application form not later than 2nd January 2015, 9 p.m. 4. Press accreditations are free of charge, in the form of an ID card, and non- returnable. 5. Only the holder of the press accreditation is entitled to use it. 6. Using the press accreditation in an inappropriate manner or not in conformity with the current law can result in depriving the holder from the right to use the accreditation. 7. Press accreditations shall be granted only to adults (above 18 years of age). 8. In the case when the number of applications will exceed the number of press accreditations that can be granted, the press centre reserves the right to set the limit of accreditations for particular editorial offices or agencies. Decisions in this case shall be taken by the Head of the Press Office. 9. Press accreditation entitles to: - a press ID card - a set of press and information materials - access to the equipment in the Press Office - access to the press zone in the hill - catering for the press - participation in conferences and meetings organised by the Press Office. 10. The press IDs will be issued: - on 14 th January 2015 between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. at Hotel Geovita, Bajcary Street 14, Wisla, - on 15 th January 2015 between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m. and between 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. at Hotel Geovita, Bajcary Street 14, Wisla. 10 11. The Press Office of FIS Ski Jumping World Cup Wisla 2015 presented by Viessmann will be organised in the main pavilion of the Adam Małysz Ski Jumping Hill in Wisła Malinka. 12. Opening hours of the press centre: - 15 th January 2015 from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. 13. The Press Office guarantees accredited journalists access to quick Wireless as well as Wired Internet connection . Moreover, the Press Office will be equipped with computer hardware, a printer, a high level copying machine and other necessary equipment. Also work places will be prepared. 14. The costs of the Internet connections and transmissions of data of all accredited journalists will be covered only if they are in the premises of the Press Office. 15. Only accredited journalists shall have access to the Press Office. 16. The accredited journalists oblige themselves not to publish film footage and audio materials, which are subject to licensed property rights of such institutions and companies as: the Fédération Internationale de Ski (FIS), Polish Ski Federation (PZN), Silesia-Beskidy Ski Federation( ŚBZN) and Polish Public Television (TVP S.A.) in the Internet and via other forms of mass media. 17. The final and valid decision concerning resolving any disputes and interpreting the above regulations shall be taken by the Head of the Press Office and will always be in the interest and for the generally understood highest good of the whole event. 11 Gustaw – the official mascot of FIS Ski Jumping World Cup Wisla 2015 presented by Viessmann The official mascot of FIS Ski Jumping World Cup Wisla 2015 presented by Viessmann is Gustaw. He symbolizes the friendly relationships between the organizers of FIS World Cup and the Wisla authorities. Additionally, he promotes the pro- ecological activities of the town. Gustaw has been popular in media. He has got his fanpage on Facebook. He got to know the ski jumping representations of Poland and Slovenia and took part in the FIS conference in Dubrownik. During FIS Ski Jumping World Cup Wisla 2015 presented by Viessmann he will be the prize for the winner of individual competition. 12 Adam Malysz's Ski Jumping Hill Little history The first ski jumping hill in the valley of Malinka in Wisła was constructed in 1933. The construction was made entirely of wood. The record of distance, set by Mieczysław Kozdrun, was 41 m. In the following years the ski jumping hill was renovated . It underwent the considerable changes in the 60s and 70s of the 20 th century. Then there was build the judges tower, the steel in-run and the calculation line was moved to 105 meter. The first jumper who beat the distance of 100 m. was Janusz Malik.

    ATLAS / Aktualności / Kamil Stoch z nowym rekordem Polski Kamil Stoch z nowym rekordem Polski Finałowe zawody Pucharu Świata w Planicy nie przyniosły polskim skoczkom podium, jednak końcówka sezonu 2014/2015 obfitowała w wiele zwrotów akcji i niespodzianek, także w kontekście naszych zawodników. Kamil Stoch, plasujący się w klasyfikacji generalnej na 9. miejscu, pobił polski rekord słoweńskiej skoczni, przesuwając granicę na 238 metr. Po pierwszej serii w piątkowym konkursie indywidualnym Kamil Stoch zajmował 7. pozycję (skoczył na odległość 228,5 m). Dobry wynik osiągnął też Klemens Murańka, który oddał najdłuższy skok w swojej karierze – 221,5 m. Po drugiej serii (212,5 m) podwójny medalista z Soczi zajął ostatecznie 8. lokatę. W konkursie zwyciężył Słoweniec Peter Prevc, zaraz za nim znalazł się jego rodak, Jurij Tepes, a na trzecim – Austriak Stefan Kraft. Sobota i konkurs drużynowy przyniosły Kamilowi Stochowi niezwykły sukces – sportowiec pobił polski rekord skoczni w Planicy, przesuwając granicę na 238 m. Polska reprezentacja wystartowała w składzie: Kamil Stoch, Piotr Żyła, Aleksander Zniszczoł i Klemens Murańka. Pierwszą serię rozpoczął Piotr Żyła, lądując na 230 metrze. Następnie skok oddał Aleksander Zniszczoł, skacząc zaledwie na odległość 149,5 metra. Po tym skoku Polacy spadli na piątą lokatę, jednak kolejny zawodnik, Klemens Murańka, osiągając wynik 221,5 metra, umocnił pozycję naszych skoczków. Kibice najdłużej musieli czekać na skok Kamila Stocha, opóźniany przez decyzje sędziów umotywowaną trudnymi warunkami pogodowymi. Stoch wylądował na odległości 218 metrów. Ze względu na pogodę, sędziowie zrezygnowali z drugiej serii uznając wyniki pierwszej za decydujące. Po sobotnim konkursie Polacy znaleźli się na 4. miejscu (i na 6. w klasyfikacji generalnej skoków drużynowych).

Für die DSV-Adler lief es nach Freitags Podestplatz hinter Sieger Tande am Samstag am Sontag nicht wie gewünscht. Markus Eisenbichler (236,7) war als Sechster der Beste und auch Andreas Wellinger (233,1) kam gerade noch unter die Top Ten. Freitag aber stürzte schon im ersten Durchgang mit 128,0 m bei den schlechtesten Windbedingungen ab, kam auch im Finale nur auf 118,5 m und landete nur auf Rang 28 in der Tageswertung. Hinter Eisenbichler und Wellinger landete Willingens Lokalmatador Stephan Leyhe (138+122,5 m) auf Platz 18, auch ihn brachte ein schwächerer zweiter Sprung um einen Top Ten- Platz. „Ein Wochenende, das mit der Tagesbestweite von 143 m sehr gut begann und Auftrieb gab, an dem aber nicht alles gelungen ist. 140 und 136 m in den jeweiligen ersten Durchgängen waren gut, jetzt muss auch der zweite Wertungssprung stabiler werden“, meinte der Schwalefelder, der am Montag mit dem Team nach Pyeongchang aufbrechen wird, wo er immerhin Schanzenrekordler ist.     Willinger Weltcup in Zahlen Vor Springen Nummer 50 und 51 seit 1995 3 Mal stand Olympiasieger Kamil Stoch (Polen) nach den Einzelspringen auf der Mühlenkopfschanze schon ganz oben auf dem Treppchen. Damit ist er gemeinsam mit Noriaki Kasai Rekordhalter. Beide gewannen in Willingen auch schon mit ihrem Team, Stoch auch die Premiere von „Willingen Five“ 2018. 7 DSV-Adler standen mit Sven Hannawald (2002 und 2003), Severin Freund (2011 und 2015), Andreas Wellinger (2017). Karl Geiger (2019) und Stephan Leyhe beim Kult- Willinger Weltcup als Sieger auf dem Podest. Dazu kamen drei deutsche Siege in den Teamwettbewerben (2005, 2010, 2016). Sieben Einzelsiege haben auch die österreichischen „Adler“ seit Beginn der Weltcupspringen in Willingen im Jahr 1995 errungen: Schlierenzauer (2010 und 2009), Kofler (2006), Widhölzl (2x 2000), Höllwarth (1997) und Goldberger (1995). Damit sind sie gemeinsam mit Deutschland die erfolgreichste Nation vor Polen, Norwegen und Japan mit je vier Siegen. 17 Team-Weltcups fanden bisher im Waldecker Upland statt. Österreich (4), Deutschland und Norwegen (je 3), Polen, Finnland und Slowenien (je 2) sowie Japan trugen sich dabei in die Siegerliste am Mühlenkopf ein. 21 DSV-Adler haben bisher in Willingen auf dem Weltcup-Treppchen gestanden Spitzenreiter sind Severin Freund (11), Martin Schmitt (8), Richard Freitag (7), Michael Uhrmann (6) sowie Dieter Thoma, Sven Hannawald, Michael Neumayer und Andreas Wellinger (je 4). 49 Weltcup-Konkurrenzen sind seit 1995 insgesamt im Strycktal ausgetragen worden.
