2. Insert four LR20 (D size) batteries into the spaces in the compart- ment. Take care to ensure all batteries are inserted with the correct polarity as shown inside the battery compartment. Replace the battery cover.

3. Reduced power, distortion and a ‘stuttering’ sound are all signs that the batteries may need replacing.

AUTO How many times has your favourite radio station been interrupted BBC Radio 1 by that phone call from a double glazing firm or someone selling that must have item? Sound familiar? Note: If record timer is set to record on more than one day AUTO of the week it will be necessary to change the SD card after each days recording otherwise the recording will be WARNING overwritten. The filing system on your RD-1 only allows one Record Timer Set Insert SDCard! recording per SD card regardless of recording length. 22
