Differences between New Series CM2-Z and Existing Series
The differences of the new series CM2-Z from the existing series are shown below.
■ Dimensions 1. Mounting dimensions 1) Dimensions and mounting screw pitch Dimensions: Not changed. Mounting screw dimensions and mounting screw pitch: Not changed.
2) Piping diameter and location Not changed.
2. Outline dimensions and auto switch mounting dimensions The following main dimensions are changed. 1) Single acting and spring return> Rod seal and seal holder Retaining ring are eliminated. When you require the same construction as the existing series, please contact Kaihatsu 2. * There is no change for the single acting and spring extension.

3) Auto switch (1) The auto switch bracket color is changed from black to transparent. (Visibility improved) (2) The number of parts for mounting the auto switch is reduced from 3 to 2. (Reduction in mounting time) (3) The rubber lining at the back of the mounting band (in contact with the cylinder) is eliminated, and the band with protrusion that can achieve an equivalent holding force to the rubber lining is used instead. (Smoother movement of the loosened band)

(5) The auto switch mounting bracket for small auto switches (D-M9 / A9) and accordingly the mounting height are changed. * Applied to the mounting of the D-M9 / A9 only.
