Stage Two, supported by $11 million in Royalties for Regions funding, will see the construction of a 40-bed accommoda- tion facility at the old Albany Primary School site in Serpentine Road. Stage One involved the construction of 20 units opposite the UWA Albany Centre in the Norman House precinct and was completed in December 2017. Katanning’s All Ages Playground has been revamped.
