The article is devoted to the urgent problem of preserving children’s health. The author presents detailed characteristics of health-preserving educational space formation. It is regarded as a complex multilevel and multispectral system. The article defines the principles, methods, mechanisms of the health-preserving process on the municipal level. The subject of research includes the background, conditions and resources of health-preserving educational space formation. The participants of educational process (students, teachers, parents) and representatives of local authorities are the object of the research. Razvarina In the course of the experiment the author tests the method of estimating the models of regional health- preserving educational space formation and healthy lifestyle training, developed by the author. The article pays considerable attention to the justification of choosing the optimal strategy within the implementation of health preserving technologies on municipal level. It shows the crucial role of constructive inter-agency cooperation between the education system, health care and the authorities for effective and productive activities in this sphere. The paper is devoted to the problem of adaptation and restoration of monastic structures, churches and temples without complete dismantling of the elements of the main load-bearing structures, using technologies and methods of work that allow delicately and effectively restoring the most important elements of buildings. The progress of work on the restoration of the hipped roof, using the lifting method - lifting the load-bearing part of the cribbed roof structure, is accurately and consistently described in the paper, as well as flexibility and efficiency in choosing a new solution for lifting, taking into account the features of the object identified during the work. The work on raising the roof was carried out during the course of adapting the building to modern use, based on the needs of the Kirillo-Belozersky museum-reserve. 1 Introduction Kirillo-Belozersky historical, architectural and art museum-reserve is located in the Kirillov city of Vologda region. The history of its creation dates back to 1924, and at first it was a branch (department) of the Cherepovets district provincial Museum. In 1926, it was transferred to the Main Science Department of People’s Commissariat for Education and became an independent Museum, and in 1929 the first permanent exhibition was opened [13].

D., Tikhonova M. A., 2019 The Northwestern Federal District is a Russian macro-region that is a unique example of a model region. It accounts for 10 % of the country’s total area and 9.5 % of its population. This article aims to trace the patterns of city distribution across the region, to assess the conditions of differently populated cities and towns, and to identify sustainability trends in their socio-economic development. Population change is a reliable indicator of the competitiveness of a city. As a rule, a growing city performs well economically and has a favourable investment climate and high-paid jobs. The analysis revealed that population change occurred at different rates across the federal district in 2002—2017. A result of uneven socio-economic development, this irregularity became more serious as globalisation and open market advanced. The study links the causes and features of growth-related differences to the administrative status, location, and economic specialisation of northwestern cities. The migration behaviour of the population and the geoeconomic position are shown to be the main indicators of the sustainable development of a city.
