PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that by order, entered on October 10, 2019 (the “Approval Order”), the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York (the “Court”) approved the Disclosure Statement, dated August 29, 2019 (the “Disclosure Statement”), filed by Richard Levin (the “Chapter 11 Trustee”) of the above-captioned debtors (the “Debtors”) and directed the Chapter 11 Trustee to transmit materials related to the Debtors’ Chapter 11 Plan, dated August 29, 2019 (as may be amended, the “Plan”), attached as Exhibit A to the Disclosure Statement.
