Swinglifestyle
SwingLifestyle Swing Lifestyle aka sls.com! When you say swing, what's the 1st thing that comes to your mind? For me, it's the baseball swing to my neighbor's car, to other's it might be a sew-saw swing or a punch, you know, like swinging. Everyone has their own interpretation of what swinging means to them but if you ask my uncle Ronnie, and by the way, he is a dirty old man who still is a horn dog and has a 30 year younger fiancee, to him, it means changing partners, having sex with them all the while you still remain together with the spouse that you just traded off. Yes, swingers were the taboo of the 70s but now in the 2018s, they are almost outted completely. Still, they are not as overt as some other sex branches are because they have class. When you check out a site called Swinglifestyle.com aka sls.com you will get dates, holiday bookings, sex stories and so much more. It is a site that's dedicated to swingers and it involves everything that comes along for the ride. With the logo that Swing Life Style has I expected a Unicef type of a site. The whole look is like a retirement home site would have, like "Sunny Acres, the only resort that your granny will feel like at home", something like that. That purplish white look just doesn't say "edgy", it says "you're old, get your caskets on time, old timer". I don't know, there was something about the look but fine. -
Palabras claves: pornografía, Pornhub, regalo, adicción, epidemia Abstract This essay investigates the gift that on March 24, 2020, the pornographic site Pornhub offers users as entertainment during the confinement due to the Coronavirus. It investigates the public reasons motivating the gift, and the increase in porn consumption caused by the boredom generated by the quarantine. It proposes that while Pornhub may intend to help protect consumers from COVID-19, the reciprocity its gift obliges us with is not symmetrical. -

Commentary Unprotected: Condoms, Bareback Porn, and the First Amendment
Commentary Unprotected: Condoms, Bareback Porn, and the First Amendment Bailey J. Langnert ABSTRACT In November 2012, Los Angeles County voters passed Measure B, or the Safer Sex in the Adult Film Industry Act. Measure B mandated condom use by all porn performers in adult films produced within county borders and created a complex regulatory process for adult film producers that included permitting, mandatory public health trainings, and warrantless administrative searches. Shortly after its passage, Vivid Entertainment filed a lawsuit to enjoin the enforcement of Measure B, arguing that the Measure violated their First Amendment right to portray condomless sex in porn. In December 2014, the Ninth Circuit upheld the district court's decision upholding the constitutionality of Measure B. Notably, the mainstream discourse surrounding the Measure B campaign, as well as the legal arguments put forth in the lawsuit, focused exclusively on straight pornography while purporting to represent all porn. As a result, an entire genre of condomless pornography went unrepresented in the discussion: bareback porn, which portrays intentional unprotected anal sex between men. Excluding bareback porn from the lawsuit represented a missed opportunityfor Vivid in its challenge of Measure B. There are several political messages underlying bareback porn unique to that genre that might have resulted in the t The author received a law degree from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law (Boalt Hall) in 2015. ASSOCIATED NEWSPAPERS SUMMARY* Defamation /California’s Anti-Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation Statute The panel affirmed the district court’s order denying the Associated Newspapers Ltd.’s motion to strike a complaint pursuant to California’s anti-Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation statute, in an action alleging defamation by Leah Manzari, a pioneer in the online adult entertainment industry and famous under her professional name, Danni Ashe. Manzari alleged that Associated News Ltd., in its online tabloid newspaper, the Daily Mail Online, used a photograph of her to convey the defamatory impression that she had tested positive for HIV. The panel agreed with the district court that, at this stage in the litigation, Manzari had presented sufficient evidence to move forward with her claim that Daily Mail Online employees acted with actual malice when they published an article implying that Manzari was an HIV-positive sex worker. -
