The permitted scheme is as follows: 8 no. 3 bed semi‐detached 7 no. 3 bed detached 4 no. 3 bed terraced 64 no. 4 bed semi‐detached 2 no. 4 bed detached 85 houses in total

Zoning The Cork County Development Plan ﴾CDP﴿ 2014 establishes a hierarchical network of settlements in the County, allocating related population and housing growth projections. Mallow is designated as a ‘Hub’ town and is located within the designated Greater Cork Ring Strategic Planning Area.

Under the Mallow Town Plan 2010‐2016 the subject site is zoned UR‐4 'undeveloped residential zoned land’.
