    Verordnung Über Die Förderung Der Beherbergungswirtschaft 935.121

    935.121 Verordnung über die Förderung der Beherbergungswirtschaft vom 18. Februar 2015 (Stand am 1. Juli 2018) Der Schweizerische Bundesrat, gestützt auf die Artikel 5 Absatz 2, 7 Absatz 2 und 12 Absatz 1 des Bundesgesetzes vom 20. Juni 20031 über die Förderung der Beherbergungswirtschaft (Gesetz), verordnet: 1. Abschnitt: Begriffe Art. 1 Beherbergungswirtschaft 1 Die Beherbergungswirtschaft im Sinne von Artikel 1 Absatz 1 des Gesetzes um- fasst: a. Hotels; b. strukturierte Beherbergungsbetriebe; c. Grundstücke, Bauten, Räumlichkeiten, Installationen und Einrichtungen, die zu Hotels oder strukturierten Beherbergungsbetrieben gehören. 2 Strukturierte Beherbergungsbetriebe sind Beherbergungsbetriebe, die: a. auf die professionelle und kurzzeitige Beherbergung von Gästen ausgerichtet sind; b. direkt oder über Kooperationspartner weitere hotelmässige Infrastrukturen und Leistungen sicherstellen, die von der Mehrheit der Kundinnen und Kun- den beansprucht werden; c. entsprechend positioniert sind und gezielt Kurzzeitgäste bewerben; d. in der Regel mindestens 15 Zimmer oder 30 Betten aufweisen, die in Bezug auf Konzept oder Standort einheitlich sind. 3 Als strukturierte Beherbergungsbetriebe gelten auch: a. gemischtwirtschaftliche Betriebe, die einen eigenständigen wirtschaftlichen Hotelteil aufweisen; b. hybride Beherbergungsformen, die als einheitlicher Betrieb genutzt werden.     COMMUNE DE PRÉVONLOUP Municipalité Préavis nO 3-2018 au Conseil général Réfection de l'église de Dompierre (clocher et intérieur) Monsieur le Président, Mesdames et Messieurs les Conseillers, 1. Préambule Le 14 décembre 2012, notre Conseil général a décidé de rejoindre l'Entente intercommunale de l'église de Dompierre, et d'adopter la convention entre les communes de Dompierre, Prévonloup et Valbroye pour les villages de Cerniaz, Seigneux et Villars-Bramard. Cette convention a pour objet la gestion des comptes, l'organisation, la répartition des frais de l'entretien et de la réfection de l'église et de la salle paroissiale de Dompierre. Cette convention a été remaniée à la suite de la fusion de Valbroye, l'ancienne version était en vigueur depuis 1998. Elle mentionne sous le point « immeubles» que les communes membres prennent en charge l'entretien du bâtiment, conformément à l'art. 23 de la loi sur les relations entre l'Etat et les Eglises reconnues de droit public (LREEDP) du 9 janvier 2007. Le maître de l'ouvrage est la commune de Dompierre. Durant ces dernières années, différents travaux ont été entrepris: 1997 travaux de rénovation de la charpente 2005 travaux de réfection de la nef et du chœur 2007 changement du chauffage 2011 rénovation des escaliers extérieurs Cette église est régulièrement utilisée par la paroisse de Granges et Environs. Vu sa taille, des célébrations réunissant un grand nombre de paroissiens peuvent y être organisées, telle que la Fête des Rameaux. L'église de Dompierre est notée 2 au recensement architectural du canton de Vaud et présente donc un intérêt régional.

Contexte et historique Depuis 1976, les STEP (station d’épuration) de Lucens et de Granges-Marnand contribuent à améliorer significativement la qualité des eaux de la Broye. D’autres communes environnantes ont bâti leur STEP et certaines d'entre elles se sont successivement constituées en associations. Ainsi la STEP sise à Granges-sous-Trey, construite en 1993, épure les eaux usées des villages de Torny-le-Petit et de Middes (commune de Torny), ainsi que celles de Trey et de Granges-sous-Trey. Notre STEP n’est pas en mesure de traiter intégralement l’azote ni les micropolluants. Bientôt âgée de trente ans, elle arrivera par ailleurs progressivement en fin de vie et nécessiterait d’importants investissements pour répondre aux exigences actuelles en matière d'épuration. Depuis un peu plus de trente ans, Lucens a la chance d'avoir des entreprises, des commerçants et des artisans qui se mettent en quatre pour organiser un comptoir. Un comptoir qui se veut être le rendez-vous de toute une région, avec l'ambition d'être intéressant, accueillant, convivial, et chaleureux. Une rencontre entre commerçants, artisans et clients potentiels dans une ambiance chaleureuse et bienveillante. Un comité dynamique s'est mis en place pour rendre ce comptoir 2018 encore plus fonctionnel et attractif. Plus grand que les années précédentes, avec plus de 60 exposants, le tout sur un seul niveau.
