CONCEPT Before the start of the Leysin30, the children will run a course around the sports center of Leysin before passing the relay to the adult, who can then start running. The child is then under the responsibility of another adult (not part of the organization). An SMS will be sent to the adult in charge when the running adult passes the last supply station. This will allow the child and the adult in charge to calmly get to the relay post on the Montreux docks (see map) and the child can then finish hand in hand with their parent. The transport of the child between the different parts of the course is not under the responsibility of the organizer.

CONCEPT This unique trail experience is a tribute to Freddie Mercury, the legendary singer of the rock band Queen who lived in Montreux for several years. To the sound of live music, runners will start running at nightfall. They’ll first go through the old town of Montreux, and then take the steep slopes of Cubly. The downhill goes through the village of Les Avants, and then through the lush Gorges du Chauderon, where a new kind of supply station is awaiting them. From that point, all there is left is to get to the docks of Montreux.
