This last weigh-in may be carried out at the place considered by the Delegate. When one of the fighters exceeds the weight limit agreed for an unofficial combat, his opponent may refuse the combat if the Contract has not provided otherwise. This Boxer's compensation that exceeds the weight, may in no case be more than 25% of the bag contracted by him. If both exceed the established weight, there is no obligation of compensation, and the combat cannot be refused. The Boxer who is overweight in a way that prevents the fight from taking place, has no right to receive any amount. And if the overweight exceeds the maximum tolerance established (according to the following paragraph), he must indemnify, together with his Manager, 25% of the bag that would have been contractually agreed; In this case, both members will be subject to disciplinary sanction by the corresponding Sports Discipline Committee..

14 GLOBAL BOXING FEDERATION (GBF)

At the weigh-in, the participating Boxers will sign a declaration that they are in perfect health, free of any illness or indisposition. Their respective Trainers will certify in said document, that this manifestation has been made before them and their conformity with it. A medical examination will take place at the weigh- in, in which the Doctor will certify that the Boxers are in perfect condition to box. 25 GLOBAL BOXING FEDERATION (GBF)

12.- In the case of a fallen Boxer, the Referee or Combat Director will immediately start the account; will do so out loud from one to ten (10) if it is on the parquet or up to twenty (20) if the fall is outside the parquet, at a rate of one per second and in such a way that it can be heard by the fallen Boxer, at a counting rate that the Judge-Timekeeper will indicate by hitting the ring mat, audibly by the Referee. When one counts, one second must have elapsed from the moment the Boxer is considered down.

NO PROTECTION ACCOUNTS WILL BE GIVEN WITH THE BOXER STANDING, unless the fall has been prevented by the ropes. In this case, the account will be eight (8). In the case of interrupting the fight because one of the Boxers has received forceful punishment even if he has not fallen, the immediate stop of the fight will proceed, decreeing his loss by K.O.T.

The account to the fallen Boxer will implicitly imply the discount of ONE POINT to the Cash Boxer. If a Judge considers that account made by the Referee to be erroneous, he will not be obliged to discount said point.

If by mistake, when a fighter is dropped and counted by the Referee, the bell rings at the end of an assault, excluding the last round, the account WILL NOT BE DISRUPTED. If the Boxer continues to fall on the canvas after the count of ten (10) or twenty (20) depending on whether he is on or under the floorboard, he is declared OUT OF FIGHT (K.O.). But if the boxer considers and indicates to the Referee that he is fit to continue boxing, the bell having sounded, he must go to his corner and the number of seconds that have been spent in excess, will be deducted from the rest of the rest minute.

If a Boxer falls through the ropes of the ring, outside the platform of the ring, as a result of a lawful blow, he may not be helped by any person to return to the ring and, in these cases, the count will be twenty (20 ) seconds instead of ten (10). If the Boxer cannot return to the ring before twenty (20) seconds, the Referee will declare him LOSER BY K.O.

If both fall outside the ring, and do not return before the count of twenty (20) seconds, the combat will be declared NULL TECHNICAL (NT) if it has been in the first four rounds and NO CONTEST (NC) if it has been from the beginning of the fifth.

It is expressly understood that a match or combat cannot be stopped by a low blow, since the protector that both Boxers must use is considered sufficient protection to withstand any low blow that could incapacitate any of the contestants.

26

GLOBAL BOXING FEDERATION (GBF)

However, the Referee may grant the fighter who has received the blow, according to the Doctor, a few minutes of recovery that will never exceed five (5).

If any of the contestants falls to the ground or in any other way indicates that they do not want to continue fighting, claiming that they have received a low blow, the Referee will consult with the Judges about the existence or not of the blow. If the blow is feigned and if the complaining Boxer does not resume the fight, he will be declared LOSER BY DISQUALIFICATION (P.D.)

If the Referee found that the blow was intentional, depending on the severity of the blow or if there was repetition, he could disqualify the opposing Boxer. It will always be at the discretion of the Referee.

If a Boxer violates the Regulations, but does not deserve to be disqualified for it, the Referee will stop the match and warn the culprit. Before the warning, the Referee will order the Boxers to stop. The warning will be clear so that the Boxer understands the reason and purpose of it. The Referee will make a hand signal to each Judge to indicate that he has made a special warning and will clearly indicate which is the Boxer warned and the causes of the warning. In the same way and preferably, he will inform the Delegate.

After the warning, the Referee will order them to continue fighting, with the voice of "BOX" !. If a Boxer receives three (3) warnings in a fight, he will be disqualified. But always bearing in mind that the three warnings are the maximum that a Referee will give to the same Boxer. If the offense is very serious, one (1) or two (2) warnings MAY DISQUALIFY YOU.

A Referee may reprimand a Boxer. Such a warning will be advice or indication from the Referee to prevent a Boxer from acting improperly or committing minor infractions of the Regulations. To do so, it is not necessary to interrupt the fight; an opportune and safe moment during the assault can be used to warn the Boxer who violates the rules, previous mimic signs indicating the warning.

This type of warning without warning, can only be done to the same Boxer three (3) times for the same non-serious offense. In the fourth (4), he will be publicly reprimanded, penalizing him with the loss of one (1) point, or two (2), depending on the severity or intention of the offense committed.

In the case of a public warning by the Referee, the Judges may act as follows:

27

GLOBAL BOXING FEDERATION (GBF)

Next to the column of points, write the following abbreviations on the boxed card:

• W.- Indicates that the Combat Director Referee admonished a fighter and the Judge agrees with the warning. It will discount ONE POINT (1) OR TWO (2) to the admonished fighter

• X.- Indicates that the Combat Director Referee admonished a fighter and the Judge does not agree with the warning. WILL NOT DISCOUNT ANY POINT

• J.- Indicates that the Judge admonished a boxer or Coach for a foul that he has seen, without the Referee warning. It will discount ONE POINT (1) to the admonished fighter. If the warning went to the Trainer, it will also discount ONE POINT (1) to the fighter he is caring for.

If during a bout the Referee suffers an accident or sudden illness that makes it impossible for him to continue exercising his function, he will automatically be replaced by the oldest Judge or the one who is acting as substitute. The Referee and Judges will act in contact and dependence on the Delegate, so that at the time of any incident they can replace a partner, etc. IN THE EXERCISE OF ITS FUNCTIONS, IT HAS TOTAL AUTONOMY. At rest intervals they can receive observations from the Delegate, Judges and Ring Doctor.

In the "incidents" section of the Results Act, he will write, together with the Federal Delegate, any anomaly in the development of the competition. If in any circumstance, your criteria does not coincide with that of the Federal Delegate in incidents or anomalies, you will write an annex to the Results Act and will immediately send it to the GLOBAL BOXING FEDERATION with a copy to the corresponding Referees / Judges Committee, reflecting faithfully what happened.

During the bout, the Referee will also have complete freedom in interpreting the Rules or setting other appropriate ones, in each case not provided for by these Regulations. In everything, they will be determined by their own Regulations.

Whenever a foreign Boxer takes part in the Pugilistic EVENING, the Referee will require the Federative Delegate for his performance, THE AUTHORIZATION OF THE GBF, which will have previously verified that he is authorized by his country of origin. Without this authorization, you will not be able to take part in said evening.
