The airport location was first used by the Norwegian Army from 1940, with the first military airport facilities being built during the 1940s. An expansion with a new terminal building and a third pier is scheduled to open in 2017.Oslo Airport is the largest and busiest of three major international airports located around Oslo. -

1916-2019 Luftvernet i Hæren Et historisk resymé Oberstløytnant Stig Magne Hagen, Artillerist og Luftvernartillerist Hæren Forord – Luftvern i Hæren Historikk og årstall vil alltid være interessant, og nå når man gjeninnfører nytt luftvern i Hæren skal avdelingen føre en stolt historie videre. Denne skrivelse er satt sammen for å gi en kortfattet beskrivelse av luftvernartilleriet i Hæren. Frem til årene etter 2. verdenskrig var det slik at Hæren inkluderte Kystartilleri og luftvern. Etter at LVA ble overført Luftforsvaret som flyplassforsvar var det fortsatt et samvirke mellom Forsvarsgrenene. I denne skrivelse er det derfor tatt med noe om Luftforsvaret og LVA. Etter omorganiseringene og med en tydeligere taktisk begrunnelse kan man si at Hærens luftvern skal støtte landoperasjoner. Luftvernbatteriet i en brigade skal forsvare brigaden mot angrepsfly, helikoptre, observasjons- og transportfly, droner og missiler. Oppgaven er å redusere virkningen av fiendens luftstridsmidler slik at landmaktens avdelinger kan løse pålagte oppdrag mest mulig uhindret. Luftvernets første år. Det norske artilleriets historie strekker seg tilbake til 1685. Artilleriet var opprinnelig kanoner og mortere på våre festninger og viste sin berettigelse på slagmarken i utallige kriger. Tidlig på 1900-tallet utviklet også bruken av luftrommet et behov for antiluftskyts. Ballonger og fly gjorde sitt inntog som militære plattformer for observasjon og våpenlevering. Det var under den første verdenskrig (1914-1918) at man virkelig forstod betydningen av å kunne operere med fly samt betydningen av et aktivt luftvern. I begynnelsen var det Festningsartilleriet som ivaretok bruken av luftrommet, i 1905 anskaffet man den første militære ballong med telefonforbindelse til bakken. For å beskytte seg mot fiendtlige ballonger utviklet man våpen som kunne forestå beskytning. -

The main objective is to address the following questions: Is the long run sustainability of today’s well‐functioning network dependent on that existing airlines maintain their position in the Norwegian market? How can other airlines be expected to enter the Norwegian market if one or more of the incumbents reduces their level of service, be it from financial or other reasons? Will the structure of airlines or airline ownership have an influence on the level of service that is offered to the market? How will policy framework conditions and the current economic situation (influencing e.g. air transport demand and the level of competition in the airline industry) affect the supply of air transport services? The findings indicate that there are challenges in Norwegian air transport, connected to the weak financial state of affairs for SAS, Norwegian’s expansion plans with a unit fleet of larger aircraft and a network of 800 metre local airports with a limited number of competitors for the PSO routes and scarce aircraft availability. -

NORSK FLYGING 1912 - 2012 ET SAMMENDRAG OM MARINENS BIDRAG TIL NORSK FLYHISTORIE 100-ÅRS JUBILEUM FOR NORSK FLYGING Mange dimensjoner og aktører I dag er det å fly nærmest blitt like selvfølgelig som å ta buss eller tog, og like billig. Flyene knytter Norge sammen, og JUBILEUMS PROGRAM Norge til Europa, på en rask og effektiv måte. I Forsvaret, der personell fortsatt i større grad enn vanlig, må jobbe atskilt fra familien, drar man også nytte av det store og rimelige flyt- ilbudet. Men Forsvaret har også sitt eget ”flyselskap”, Luft- forsvaret. Det er ikke noe ”billigselskap”, men det har likevel vært bred enighet om at det er verd prisen for å opprettholde et sterkt og moderne Luftforsvar. Begge disse dimensjonene, både den sivile og den militære luftfarten, kan i år feire sitt 100-årsjubileum. Utviklingen gjennom disse 100 årene har vært formidabel. Jubileet gir anledning til å belyse mange dimensjoner og det involverer derfor en lang rekke aktører. Fra Forsvarets side ønsker man å bidra til å gjøre jubileet til en folkefest. Forsvaret har naturlig nok fokus på den militære luftfartens historie. I tillegg ønsker man å informere om luftmaktens betydning og bevisstgjøre folk om at det fortsatt er behov for et sterkt Luftforsvar. Men også innenfor Forsvaret berører jubileet flere aktører. Hæren og Marinen hadde før annen verdenskrig hvert sitt flyvåpen, før dagens felles Luftforsvar ble etablert i 1944. Og fordi den avgjørende forsyningstjenesten, og i noen grad basedriften, i dag er organisert utenfor forsvarsgrenene, berører jubileet også Forsvarets Logistikkorganisasjon og Forsvarsbygg. Både den militære og den sivile luftfartens historie blir ivaretatt av Norsk Luftfartsmuseum i Bodø, i samarbeid med Luftfor- svarsmuseet og AVINOR museum. -
