The inspiration for these dishes is a combination of the natural abundance of wonderful local produce and ingredients in Greece brought to life using recipes out of my book “Under The Olive Tree" as interpreted and executed by MarBella Nido’s hotel team and paired with a fine selection of Greek wines recommended by MarBella’s expert sommeliers.
