OSE is proposing to transfer part of its share holding of 5 SPVs to Trust named as “Oriental Infra Trust”. The 5 SPVs are handling Indore – Khalghat; MP / Maharashtra Border to Nagpur Section including Kamptee – Kanhan Byepass and Nagpur Byepass; Nagpur – Betul Section; PROJECT EXPORT Hungund – Hospet; and Etawah – Chakeri (Kanpur) Projects. 10 11 O R I E N T A L OSE has experience of laying 355 Kms. of Optical Fibre Cables on its own highway projects and has bagged similar projects worth Rs.386.50 Million for a total length of 924 Kms. in the State of Rajasthan from Telecommunication Consultants India Ltd. In August, 2008 OSE established its mining and quarrying operations by incorporating Oriental Quarries & Mines Pvt. Ltd. (OQMPL) as its subsidiary. Subsequently, in April, 2009 a Joint Venture was entered into between OSE and Ackermans & Van Haaren (AvH), a Belgium based investment Company, on a shareholding of 50:50 basis. OQMPL has commenced mining and quarrying operations in Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Tripura by installing three crushing units with an installed capacity of three million tonnes per annum. It has a target to achieve one million tonnes per annum by the year 2020.
