Historical note EvSekts︠︡ iia︠︡ , the Jewish section of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union (CPSU), founded alongside other national Party sections. One of Evsektsia's main tasks was to fight against Bund and other Jewish socialist and Zionist parties.
