At land adjacent to Byrgwm Forest, Brechfa SA32 7RD, for Mr Garry Jones. Mari Mitchell, Lisa Harding-Jones and Ruth Tate, attended the meeting to give their opinion on this application at the beginning of the meeting prior to it coming up in the agenda. They were against the application as they felt that not enough market research/feasibility study had taken place. The land had been sprayed with strong weed killer and all plant life had been cleaned out, the size of the development could increase and become wider and bigger without any further application needed. There are numerous places to stay in the area at present and they felt that there was no need for more.
