От имени АО “Национальный управляющий холдинг “КазАгро” приветствую участников, гостей и организаторов Международных выставок “Сельское хозяйство” - AgroWorld Kazakhstan и “Пищевая промышленность” – WorldFood Kazakhstan. Основным разделом выставки AgroWorld является животноводство. Считаю важным, что тематика мероприятия совпадает с одним из приоритетных направлений развития агропромышленного комплекса страны. Уверен, что самые лучшие и новые технологии, вакцины и корма, демонстрируемые на выставке, найдут свое применение в отечественном производстве, будут способствовать увеличению поголовья в животноводстве и росту экспортного потенциала АПК. WorldFood Kazakhstan, как составная часть производства добавленной стоимости продукции АПК, продемонстрирует покупателям ингредиенты, перерабатывающее оборудование, технику сортировки и упаковки конечной продукции. Таким образом, у специалистов есть возможность увидеть на выставке поставщиков полного цикла производства, начиная с генетики животных до подачи готовой продукции на прилавки конечному потребителю, что, несомненно, экономит время предпринимателям и позволяет эффективнее строить свой бизнес на всех его этапах. On behalf of the JSC “National Operating Holding “Kazagro” I welcome exhibitors, visitors and organisers to the International Agriculture Exhibition – AgroWorld Kazakhstan and Food Industry Exhibition – WorldFood Kazakhstan. The main section of the AgroWorld Exhibition is a livestock sector. I think it is important, that the theme of the event coincides with one of the focal areas for the development of the agricultural complex of the country. I am confident, that best and the newest technologies, vaccines and feeds showcased at the exhibition, will find their use in domestic production, promote herd expansion and growth of export potential of agro-industry. WorldFood Kazakhstan, as an integral part of value added cost production in agro-industry, will demonstrate to the customers the ingredients, processing equipment, sorting and packing equipment for end products. Therefore, the specialists are able to see the full production cycle suppliers, starting from the animal genetics to the supply of end products to the customers, which, of course, saves time of entrepreneurs and allows efficient business arrangement at all its stages. Mosses as biomonitors of atmospheric deposition of heavy metals Increased and excessive accumulation of heavy metals in the soil, ground water and organisms can cause retarded growth of trees and crops and increased levels of heavy metals in the food chain leading to man. One of the main benefits to be gained from studying heavy-metal fallout through moss analysis is that metals are accumulated by the moss, leading to much higher concentrations than in air, rain and snow.

The article shows the results of the selection work aimed at creating ultra-early, high-yield soybean varieties for Northern Kazakhstan. Selection stages are shown, from hybridization to top nurseries. The joint work of the Kazakh SRI of Agriculture and Crop Production and the Kostanai SRI of Agriculture has resulted in obtaining an early ripening maturing variety of soybeans “Ivushka (Willow)”, ripening group 00, submitted for state strain test in 2015. The dissertation is devoted to the legal problems of compulsory land alienation in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Development of the legislation of Kazakhstan in terms of withdrawal a land parcel from the owner and land use rights from the land user in the historical and legal aspect was studied in order to establish the experience of the law continuity, the analysis of the concept and essence of withdrawal a land parcel from the owner and land use rights from the land user was conducted. The conceptual and terminological system of withdrawal the land from the owner and land use rights from the land user was worked out, and the place of rules on withdrawal the land from the owner and land use rights from the land user in the system of land rights was defined. Also the review of the law enforcement practice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of seizure of the land from the owner and land use rights from the land user was performed, the peculiarities of the model of land withdrawal in the EEU, the EU and the USA were revealed, the analysis of the problems of improving the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of seizure of land from the owner and land use rights from the land user was carried out, and finally, the proposals and recommendations of theoretical and practical nature were developed.
