The Dangerous Drugs Ordinance (Chapter 137)

THE DANGEROUS DRUGS (APPLICATION OF PART IV) ORDER, 1969.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (2) of section 11 of the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance!^ the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Dangerous Drugs (Application of Part IV) Order, 1969.

2. Part IV of the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance shall apply to the following drugs in the same manner as it applies to the drugs mentioned in subsection (l) of section 11 of the said Ordinance:-

a Acetorohine, Alphacetvlmethadol. iftph.afflethadoj-. Betacetvlme thadol.

Beqitr amide. Codoxime.

Etornhine. FentgnjjL. methobromlde. Nicocodine. Nicodi,codiae. Nicomorphlne. Noracylmethadol. Norpjpanone. -Plritramide. 4-Cyano-2-dimethylamino--4.» 4-diphenylbutane. 4-Cyano-l-methyl-4-phenylpiperidine. 2-Methyl-3-morpholino-l, l-diphenylpropane~carboxylic acid, 4.-Phenylpiperidine-4-carboxylic acid ethyl ester.

3. Each drug specified in paragraph 2 of this Order shall be deemed to comprise its salts and any preparation, admixture, extract or other substance containing it or its salts.

The Dangerous Drugs Ordinance (Chapter 137)

THE DANGEROUS DRUGS (RELAXATION). ORDER, 1969

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (1) of section 17 of the Dangerous Drugs OrdinanceA-i the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Dangerous Drugs (Relaxation) Order, 1969.

2. Subsection (l) of section 17 of the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance shall cease to apply to the following products:

Acetorphine: Codoxime: :
