SPA Ministry Homes At SPA we are concerned with heart change, not just behavior modification. We believe that true change is a process that requires time and most importantly, a relationship with Jesus Christ. Guidance Ministries Baby clothing, food and hygiene items are typically offered. They also provide a shower and washer and dryer facility to those living directly on the streets. Our Food Pantry is available to those in need of supplemental pantry items. It offers a large selection of both perishable and non-perishable items. In order to receive Food Pantry assistance, one must have: Indiana ID, Social Security Cards for everyone in the household, food stamps print out, and proof of all income for everyone in the household. Indiana Legal Services, INC Indiana Legal Services, Inc. (ILS) is a not-for-profit law firm and the largest provider of free civil legal assistance to eligible low-income people throughout the state of Indiana. ILS helps clients who are faced with legal problems that harm their ability to have such basics as food, shelter, income, medical care or personal safety. Most of the cases ILS handles are cases such as family law where there is domestic violence, housing, consumer law, access to health care, and access to government benefits. Center for Healing and Hope An urgent care center for the uninsured, the under-insured, and those with unmet health care needs in our community. We function as a point of entry for those with no access to our health care system. Our patient advocate refers as many people as we can to primary care physicians, including Heart City and Maple City clinics. Note: We do not provide primary care to patients, but refer them to clinics that do. Our care goes far beyond treating injuries and illnesses.
