Implementation Status Overview The Board approved the Project on July 21, 2011. The loan agreement in the amount of US$80 million was signed on April 30, 2012, and the Project was declared effective on

The main objectives of the last supervision mission, held on September 2014, were to supervise implementation progress, socialize the Project with the new technical staff in the

technical and administrative dependencies of the Ministry of Health (after government elections), and to discuss a request for Project restructuring from the Government. All Project activities are currently underway and several key procurement processes are expected to be finalized by December 2014. Disbursements are expected to increase significantly over the next 9 months.
