Bagi mengelak masalah kecurian tong sampah, adalah disyorkan tong sampah disimpan dalam kawasan rumah dan dikeluarkan untuk kutipan hanya pada hari kutipan sahaja. 4. Perbadanan Pengurusan Bangunan JMB / MC hendaklah menyediakan dan menyelenggarakan tong sampah komunal yang diletakkan di dalam kebuk sampah. 5. Sampah kebun (ranting, daun) perlu dipotong pendek dan diikat kemas serta sampah pukal dan perlu diletakkan di hadapan premis. Sampah berikut perlu dikeluarkan awal satu hari sebelum hari kutipan yang dijadualkan bagi kawasan tersebut. 6. Setiap penghuni / pemilik premis bertanggungjawab menjaga kebersihan persekitaran depan, belakang, dan tepi premis masing-masing. 7. Buangan industri hendaklah diuruskan oleh tuan punya perindustran dan dihantar terus ke Tapak Pelupusan Pulau Burung (TPPB), Nibong tebal, Seberang Perai Selatan. Tuan punya perindustrian hendaklah membayar caj pelupusan kepada syarikat yang menguruskan TPPB apabila peraturan ini dikuatkuasakan. 8.
