PENDAHULUAN A. Latar Belakang Pembangunan pertanian pada dasarnya mempunyai tujuan yaitu untuk meningkatkan hasil dan mutu produksi pertanian, memperluas lapangan pekerjaan, meningkatkan taraf hidup petani, meningkatkan devisa negara serta menunjang kegiatan industri. Kegiatan industri di Indonesia telah berkembang di berbagai usaha baik industri skala rumah tangga, industri kecil, dan industri skala besar. Sektor yang sesuai dengan industri tersebut adalah agroindustri, karena didukung oleh sumber daya alam pertanian yang mampu menghasilkan berbagai produk olahan. Menurut Soekartawi (2001), sebagai motor penggerak pembangunan pertanian agroindustri mempunyai peranan penting dalam kegiatan pembangunan daerah, baik dalam sasaran pemerataan pembangunan, pertumbuhan ekonomi maupun stabilitas nasional. Agroindustri terutama usaha skala kecil dan skala rumah tangga menjadi penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia menuju perubahan dari sektor pertanian menuju basis ekonomi non pertanian. Perubahan tersebut berlangsung sejalan dengan semakin meningkatnya kebutuhan masyarakat pada barang dan jasa, kesempatan kerja, dan penghasilan yang lebih baik serta meningkatnya modal. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode evaluasi kualitatif. Setelah melakukan analisis dan evaluasi strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan pada usaha mikro soto mie bogor akhirnya dapat ditarik simpulan bahwa strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh usaha mikro soto mie Bogor yang dimiliki oleh Pak Jaja di daerah Munjul belum efektif. Hal ini karena dari hasil perhitungan penjualan selama berdiri sejak tahun 2013 dan 2014 mengalami peningkatan, tetapi ditahun berikutnya yaitu 2015 sampai tahun 2018 hasil penjualan menunjukkan penurunan signifikan. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa harga yang ditetapkan tidak sesuai dengan total biaya setiap produk yang ditawarkan. Analisis VRIO dengan kinerja diatas normal yaitu sumber daya letak geografis dan sumber daya produk. Analisis PESTL yang menjadi peluang dilihat dari segi ekonomi dan sosial, sedangkan yang menjadi ancaman adalah legalitas. CHAPTER 4: RESULTS 4.1 Prevalence of ECC, Nutritional Status, Dietary Habits and Knowledge, Attitude and Practices (K/A/P) of mothers in proxy population (5-6 year old children). 4.1.1 Socio-demographic characteristics of proxy population (5-6 years old) The, majority of mothers (87.5%) and fathers (85.1%) were between 20-49 years old. All (100%) of them were Malays. The majority of mothers (70.2%) and fathers (62.6%) had at least secondary education. However, most mothers (72.4%) were not working while all the fathers were employed. More than one-half (58.4%) have large families (>6 members) and almost two-thirds (62.2%) earned incomes below the poverty line. More than three-quarters of the families spent less than RM500 on food. About one-half got their main water supply from wells (49.5%) and others sources (4.6%) (eg. river, pond and underground water) (Table 4.1). 4.2.2 Early Childhood Caries of Proxy Population (5-6 years old). The overall mean dmf was 10.6; of which the largest contributor to the dmf score was the decay component (d=10.5, SD= 4.8) while missing (m=0.14, SD= 0.7) and filled teeth (f=0.04, SD= 0.5) was very low (Table 4.1.2 (a)). Meanwhile, almost every child was affected by caries (97.9%). The majority; ie more than three-quarters (78.6%) have more than 7 teeth affected by caries. There were no significant differences between Tumpat and Pasir Mas districts (p=0.426) (Table 4.2(a), 4.2(b)). -

BAB I PENDAHULUAN 1.1 Latar belakang Perkembangan aplikasi sebuah media turut menyempurnakan cara pemilihan iklan pada sebuah organisasi / perusahaan. Cara beriklan yang dipilih setidaknya mempengaruhi strategi perusahaan dalam pemilihan media yang digunakan untuk melakukan komunikasi pemasaran maupun promosi. Seperti halnya pada media elektronik ( Televisi ), hal ini masih menjadi pertimbangan oleh para pelaku usaha untuk melakukan pemasaran atau promosi sebuah produk. Iklan merupakan sarana yang menyediakan informasi dan alasan untuk membantu konsumen dalam memutuskan pilihan. Iklan memberitahu konsumen tentang adanya produk dan jasa yang unggul dan lebih murah (Vivian, 2008:365-366). Pada dasarnya iklan bertujuan untuk mengubah atau mempengaruhi khalayak dalam mengambil keputusan untuk membeli suatu produk. Iklan yang baik dapat menciptakan ketertarikan, persepsi yang baik dan citra yang baik, bahkan dapat mempositioning-kan produk kita di tengah-tengah persaingan (Rangkuti, 2001:172). Alasan media elektronik dipilih sebagai media promosi karena selain posisinya yang strategis yang mampu menjangkau konsumen secara luas namun hal itu juga memerlukan biaya yang cukup besar. Iklan adalah salah satu cara untuk mengajarkan atau menginformasikan kepada orang-orang tentang produk kita. Melalui iklan ini kita dapat mengkomunikasikan apa dan bagaimana produk kita tersebut, bagaimana produk itu dapat memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen, berapa harganya dan dimana dapat diperoleh. Iklan ini dapat digunakan sebagai alat untuk mendiferensiasi produk dan mengembangkan citra di mata konsumen (Rangkuti, 2001) Sebagian besar orang menilai iklan itu membosankan. Konsumen boleh saja membenci iklan, karena iklan dianggap sebagai pengganggu ketika sedang serius menikmati suatu acara atau program maupun berita. Namun iklan juga ibarat darah yang menghidupi suatu media massa, karena iklanlah yang memuat media massa dapat tetap hidup dan bertahan, khususnya pada media televisi.
