Tell us a little about yourself, how did you become a mixologist? How do you think the drinks at Lemon & Duke distinguish I'm a bartender over from the States and I came over to Ireland themselves from other bars in town? over two years ago. It sounds like Tequila is slowly gaining momentum in Europe, but What is your favourite drink? I'd like to see Mezcal, Tequilas smokier cousin, come into its own. Anything with Whiskey!
