There were no major cosmetic blemishes, operational or driveability issues noted. Overall, the modifications appeared solid and the attention to detail, such as final fit and finish appeared near flawless. The purchase of the vehicle come with "HISTORICAL VEHICLE PLATES" Historical Vehicle Plates Defined: Issued to motor vehicles manufactured after 1922 which are at least 25 years old and of historic interest. In compliance with the recent request, we have appraised the abovereferenced vehicle. We have enclosed the limited appraisal report that constitutes our analysis and conclusion on the research completed on this vehicle, as this is a custom built "one of one" special construction. The "Appraised Value" on this vehicle, as of the date specified herein was $255,830.00 METHOD OF VALUATION The value is estimated by current market data comparison, supplemented by cost information. The vehicle is compared when possible, with others for sale and that have sold in the general time period. Adjustments are made for differences in equipment, mileage, cosmetics, conversions, originality, condition as well as sale terms and current economic conditions at the time of sale.
