And to see some of the native words in there.” Safe for Elders 21 “I see balance improvements, and pain relief, and better mobility for the elders when they come to classes.” Sooyeon teaches Tai Chi classes Safe for Elders 22 Lorraine’s thoughts on Tai Chi “I wish more of the elders would get involved. It would help them with their balance and breathing. I think sometimes some people are shy and they think they can’t do it. Or if they have aches and pains.
