REPUBLIC OF ALBANIA University of Shkoder “Luigj Gurakuqi” Faculty of Educational Sciences Department of Psychology and Social Work Shkoder, 10 /03 / 2019 T@sk Project activities Shkoder, 8 – 9 March 2018 During the field visit in Shkoder on 8 – 9 March 2018, the team of T@sk project composed by professors of University of Florence, University Complutense of Madrid, University Institute of Lisbone, University of Shkodra, University of Elbasan, University of Tirana and members of Social Workers Order of Tuscany, visited two associate partners of the project: Municipality of Shkoder and the NGO “The Door-Albania”. The team visits also another NGO working in Shkoder area “Light steps” and the Orphanage for children aged 6 to 18 years. The representatives of the organizations presented the social services they offer for specific groups. The T@sk’s team also attendet the Conference “Decentralization and deinstitutionalization of residential services for orphan children in Shkoder Municipality” organized by the NGO ACLI – IPSIA. A visit was organized also in the Department of Psychology and Social Work, University of Shkoder. The detailed agenda of the field visits follow as bellow: 8 March 2018, 10.00 – 11.00: - Meeting with the Representatives of “Social services and Housing Directorate” of the Municipality of Shkoder. 8 March 2018, 11.30 – 12.30: - Visit at the Women`s Center “Light Steps”. 8 March 2018, 15.30 – 17.00: - Visit at the “Orphanage for children aged 6 to 18 years”. 9 March 2018, 9.00 – 13.00: - Attending the Conference “Decentralization and deinstitutionalization of residential services for orphan children in Shkoder Municipality” organized by ACLI – IPSIA in collaboration with Municipality of Shkoder, University of Shkoder ”Luigj Gurakuqi”, University of Bologna. 9 March 2018, 15.30 – 16.30: - Visiting the “Musical Band per Disability” part of NGO “The Door-Albania” 9 March 2018, 15.30 – 16.30: - Visiting the Department of Psychology and Social Work, Faculty of Educational Sciences, University of Shkoder “Luigj Gurakuqi”. In respect of this approach, we have seen a period of extraordinary awareness of the american press of the time in favor of the albanian issue, direct result of the valuable contribution of the albanian diaspora in USA., organized in the federation “hearth”. simultaneously, as a representative of this federation, we have to mention the direct commitment and contribution in defense of the albanian issue, Fan S. Noli, which is evidenced in his meeting with president Wilson, taking his promise which he will make a reality in the Paris Peace Conference. This research will be based on analysis of historical resources before and after years ‘90, seeing from comparative context. What does Deus ex machina mean and what can we understand with it. Who have been the famous users of this convention? Controversies that it has faced by criticism and why some researchers didn’t accept that the earthquake (shkundullima), on the work Songs of Milosao of Girolamo De Rada, was a Deus ex machina. This invention of De Rada, in fact, being unique on its type, in which there is a supernatural phenomenon beyond human ability to be managed, such as an earthquake, used, by our poet, to realize resolution of a conflict, almost insurmountable for the time, such as extreme separation of stratum of Rina, a girl of low rural, and Milosaos, the son of the ruler of Shkodra. The couple needs a strong intervention, which is not part of a logical line of cause and effect of the subject. This external factor was created by De Rada by using of the earthquake as Deus ex machina. Here we manage to affirm clearly that the earthquake in twentieth song of the Songs of Milosao is a Deus ex machine.

ISSN2039Ͳ2117MediterraneanJournalofSocialSciencesVol.3(7)April2012 Impact of "Normale" Educational Centre A Significant Factor in the Development of Education in Albania Dr. Jani Sota Faculty of Education University "Aleksander Moisiu", Durres Abstract: The history of education has valued preciously all people involved in it and has flourished into an educational function, teaching and learning of our thorough knowledge in its institutions - such as "Normale" Educational center that played an historic role in the Albanian language. Albanian normal schools have a record of long, difficult, but also glorious path. They were the main homes for generations of teachers and also the place where it was necessary to prepare the framework for education and awareness of the nation. Albanian teachers, in different periods of history had run the greatest risk of extinction of national culture and education. They planted the sound seeds by which had brought the essence of national awareness, which in a century struggle of unparalleled trials tried to revive education, science, culture and Albania. In the history of Albania teachers and veterans of teaching, wherever they worked and acted, played the leading role, contributed as they could with their valuable works, which undoubtedly served to their students, future teachers, in raising subsequently the national level of conscience for their learning and teaching. Key words: Normal school, education, culture, teacher-students, pedagogic thinking, Albanian territory. Introduction Albanian Normal School has a record of long, difficult, but glorious path. Its purpose was to prepare the necessary framework for education and awareness of the nation. Albanian teachers, in different periods of heavy and full of vicissitudes, did valuable work in the moments and the most crucial turning points and run the greatest risks of extinction of our national culture and education.

This research presents the perception that students have on ICT use in several elementary grades during their practice in four different schools. The paper presents an interpretative analyzes of the perception of Shkodra’s university future - teachers at teaching programmes. In this study, the students were asked to analyze the situation in some elementary classes in Shkodra’s schools, about the use of ICT tools during different classes they have attended during their teaching practices. The students reflected also on the association between the use of ICTs in the elementary classes and the reshape of class teaching and learning, as well on the modification on learning and teaching process itself. This paper finishes by identifying some of the perceptions and needs the students will face and would like to change in their future teaching. Introduction ICTs have the potential to innovate, accelerate, enrich, and deepen skills, to motivate and engage students, to help relate school experience to work practices, create economic viability for tomorrow's workers, as well as strengthening teaching and helping schools change (Davis and Tearle, 1999; Lemke and Coughlin, 1998; cited by Yusuf, 2005).

E-ISSN 2281-4612 Academic Journal of Interdisciplinary Studies Vol 3 No 4 ISSN 2281-3993 MCSER Publishing, Rome-Italy July 2014 Journal "Shêjzat": The Path to Free Albanian Intellectual Thought in the Years of Isolation Dr. Elindë Dibra Department of Literature University of Shkodra "Luigj Gurakuqi " Doi:10.5901/ajis.2014.v3n4p71 Abstract In the summer of 1957, in Rome, the capital of Italy, came out the first issue of the periodical magazine “Shêjzat”1, with a meaningful name, as noted by the compilers: “Hyllësi vërtytesh arbnore”2 for 18 years (57-75). Under the direction of Prof. Ernest Koliqi and under the special care of the writer and eminent scholar Martin Camaj, the journal was presented as a true encyclopedia of the ancient world and the modern Albanian world. The intellectual and cultural level of the closest collaborators of the journal "Shejzat" was European, the activity of which is covered by a strong Albanian feeling. The journal published literary creativity, folklore, studies and articles, cultural chronicles and columns in Albanian, Italian, German, English and French. The journal was founded at a time of profound isolation of Albania, where the absurdity of isolated communication with the world had forced intellectuals into exile, and thus forcing them to develop their intellectual activity and creativity in Europe, America and beyond. Introduction The journal " Shêjzat ", was published as a worthy successor to the temporary journals, which were published in Shkodra such as: “Hylli i Dritës”, “Illyria”, “Shkëndija”. Although it was not published in Albania, it could be considered as the worthiest journal that contributed to the Albanian matter, culture, literature, history and traditions at a time when the "laws" of the homeland were announcing the most notable voices and minds of the nation as unwanted.

(Vëllimi SATIRAT i A.Santorit) Kumtesa mbështetet në shqyrtimin e vjershave që përfshihen në vëllimin SATIRA, të Anton Santorit, botuar për herë të parë nga Akademia e Shkencave të Shqipërisë (përgatitur nga K.Kandreva dhe Gj.Shkurtaj). Kumtimi ka rëndësi sepse ndalet për herë të parë në një pjesë të pastudiuar të krijimtarisë së autorit arbëresh, poezisë. Qasja ndaj krijimeve poetike në këtë vëllim do të jetë kryesisht teoriko-interpretuese, pa u ndalur gjerësisht në aspektin e tematikës së tyre. Do shtjellohen, brenda kufijve të një kumtimi, disa aspekte të individualitetit poetik të Santorit, si specifika zhanrore e poezive të këtij vëllimi, për të diskutuar nëse këto vjersha janë rrëfime të shkurtra të kompozuar në vargje ? Gjithashtu vemendje të veçantë do t’i kushtohet raporti midis poetit dhe misionarit fetar /prifti, si shfaqet ky aspekt në shumicën e vjershave. Raporti midis midis vëzhguesit realist të realitetit, mjedisit arbëresh dhe përjetimeve emocionale, cili aspekt mbizotëron në stilin krijues të A.Santorit ? Vemendje do t’i kushtohet edhe strukturës vjershërore, çka lidhet edhe me çeështjen e parë të trajtuar në këtë kumtesë, aspektin gjinor, etj.

Positives attitudes toward the disabled pupils play a great role in the inclusive education. The paper aims to measure pupils’attitudes toward their peers with disabilities, as when the pupils have in their class a disable pupil, as when the pupils have not in their class a disable pupil. The paper aims, also, to examine whether pupils’ gender and pupils’age have impact on childrens’ attitudes toward their disabled peers. It is used the CATCH test (Chedoke- McMaster Attitudes Towards Children with Handicaps) for measuring childrens’ attitudes. Pupils of the fifth grade, sixth and seventh grade of some schools of Shkodra city have completed the CATCH test. There are also, made interviews with the teachers in order to get their opinions about pupils’ attitudes toward their disabled peers. There are given the appropriate conclusions and suggestions. Keywords :attitudes, disability, CATCH test. Introduction Including and involving people with disabilities in all aspects and spheres of life is an unalineable right. Such a fact is reinforced but various essential documents like the Covenant of Human Rights, Convent of the Right of People with Disabilities and so on. Inclusion and involvement in all spheres of life is a very long and hard process which can not be completed immediately. A very important aspect which makes it possible to include and involve these people is related to the attitudes of individual towards the disabilities and towards the people who have these disabilities.
