    QUAESTUS MULTIDISCIPLINARY RESEARCH JOURNAL A MULTICRITERIA ANALYSIS OF POSSIBLE TOURIST OFFERS IN TOPLICA DISTRICT Dragan TURANJANIN, Mališa ŢIŢOVIĆ, Marija MARČETIĆ, Miodrag ŢIŢOVIĆ Abstract: Some possibilities of making a new offer of the tourism services of the District of Toplica are indicated in the paper. The obtained order of alternative unexploited possibilities prioritizes the recovery of Kuršumlijska Banja spa in relation to all the other alternatives. Yet, it must be said that the other alternatives are also significant, and that they should also be exploited in the future so that this region might be present in the tourist offer of the Republic of Serbia to a greater extent. Keywords: multicriteria analisys, tourism, Toplica district INTRODUCTION Toplica District is an administrative district in Serbia, whose center is in Prokuplje. It is located eastwards from the Southern Morava River, i.e. it encompasses the basin of the Toplica River, a tributary of the Southern Morava, and a small part of the basin of the Rasina River, a tributary of the Western Morava. It surrounds the city of Prokuplje and the municipalities of Kuršumlija, Blace, and ŢitoraŤa. The Toplica River‘s spring is in the mountain of Kopaonik, and it was named after the numerous warm springs in its valley. This river is characteristic for the epigenia, which is found in as many as two places near the city of Prokuplje (it runs in one direction, then in the same line, but in the opposite direction). Therefore, Toplica District consists of the Toplica River Valley and is surrounded by the mountains of Jastrebac, Kopaonik, Radan, Vidojevnica and Pasjaţa.

Towns with its own influences enrich the network of surrounding settlements, strengthen their mutual relations and create a whole functional settlement system of one area , or the gravity of the urban core. By dividing the functions of the primary, secondary and tertiary, the basis and types of settlements are created by functional criteria according to the type of economic activity and the primary content in them. In this area in the second half of the twentieth and early twenty-first century witnessed substantial changes in almost all components of demographic structure, which resulted in the transformation of functional types of settlement, when the predominantly agrarian settlement characteristic of the area of Toplica road went up mixed and service settlement. The idea behind the study is for the geographically complex area to be displayed in the light of socio- economic development, and as a basis for further economic development of this part of the Republic of Serbia. Small urban streams are an important BGI component that is often underused, especially regarding stormwater management. The aim of this research is to explore small urban streams and their integration into BGI in the urban area of Niš, and to point out the benefits that their restoration would bring in functional, social and environmental terms. Results of this study show that Niš urban ar ea has significant “Blue” natural capital in small streams, and that standing planning documents support the creation of BGI to some extent. These are good grounds for the implementation of BGI in urban planning practice. The present report is submitted pursuant to Security Council resolution 1244 (1999) by which the Council decided to establish the United Nations Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK) and requested the Secretary-General to report at regular intervals on the implementation of the mandate. It covers the activities of UNMIK and developments in Kosovo (Serbia), from 1 June to 31 August 2007. Kosovo future status process 2. On 1 August, I issued a statement welcoming the Contact Group’s agreement on modalities for further negotiations between Belgrade and Pristina during a new period of engagement. This effort is being led by a “Troika”, comprising representatives of the European Union, the Russian Federation and the United States of America. The United Nations has been providing support to the Troika’s mediation effort. On 30 August, the Troika held proximity talks in Vienna with delegations representing Serbia and Kosovo. Prior to those talks, the Troika held its first meeting with the Serbian Government on 10 August and with the Kosovo Unity Team on 11 and 12 August. I look forward to the Contact Group reporting to me on the results of the period of engagement by 10 December. Political situation 3. During the reporting period, the overriding political focus in Kosovo was on the deliberations on a new resolution in the Security Council. The Kosovo Albanian community and its leadership expressed disappointment when the Council failed to adopt a new resolution.

Stru čni saradnik za zaštitu bilja Simptomi bakteriozne plamenja če vo ćaka prouzrokovani bakterijom E. amylovora Bakterija E. amylovora parazitira sve biljne delove jabu častih vo ćaka na kojima prozrokuje simptome tipa "plamenja če". Usled nekroze i izumiranja tkiva raznih biljnih organa (cveta, ploda, lista, gran čice, skeletnih grana, debla) dolazi do promena ispoljenih u vidu paleži, odnosno sti če se utisak da je biljka kao vatrom spržena. Zbog tako karakteristi čnog simptoma obolelih biljaka poti če i naziv bolesti - bakteriozna plamenja ča ("fire blight"). Prvi simptomi paleži prime ćuju se rano u prole će, na tek otvorenim cvetovima. Oni najpre dobijaju vlažan izgled, zatim venu, postaju smežurani i dobijaju tamnomrku boju. Infekcija se dalje širi i patogen parazitira cvetnu dršku, koja pocrni za vrlo kratko vreme. Infekcija se preko cvetne drške dalje širi na mladare, koji nekrotiraju suše ći se potpuno, a nekad samo delimi čno. Sušenje mladara uo čava se do nodusa gran čice, te se ista dalje nesmetano razvija, daju ći kvalitetan i zdrav plod. Oboleli mladari i gran čice, kao i njihova kora i liš će postaju tamnomrke do crne boje. Vrlo često vrh mladara se povija u vidu "pastirskog štapa", što predstavlja tipi čan znak bolesti. Inficirano i sasušeno liš će dobija tamnomrku boju i ostaje na mladarima, ne opada što je tako đe karakterisi čan znak bolesti. Na starijim skeletnim granama i deblu dolazi do pojave rak-rana razli čite veli čine.

Highlights/Key Priorities The Minister of Public Administration and Local Self Government (MPALSG), Mr. Milan Markovic, appointed government focal point for coordination of the national response to this disaster, announced a plan for all reparations of buildings with minor damage to be completed by the end of this year, while reconstruction of the buildings with major damage expected to be completed by the end of 2011. Overall, the immediate relief effort is subsiding and the focus is moving towards mid and long term recovery and reconstruction planning. A consortium of 13 companies for the production of 500 prefabricated houses has been selected and contracts were signed on the 1st of December. According to the press release, there will be up to 130 units of 40,7m2, 200 units of 61,8 m2 and 200 units of 82,4 m2. The City of Kraljevo received donations from the City of Maribor (Slovenia), Unicredit Bank and OTP Bank. EU/Swiss/UNOPS – PROGRESS 3 engineers have joined the damage assessment teams in Kraljevo and assessed damages at schools in Kraljevo, rural areas and damages on City Administration Building. UNICEF started delivering school supplies and didactic aids for schools in Kraljevo. UNDP has started developing a database of assessments in order to gather all information relating to the quake with the view of facilitating recovery efforts. The database will be complemented with information gathered by the Red Cross and the Social Welfare Center.
