The Opening of the First Meeting of Directors of Civil Aviation of the Caribbean Region will take place on Tuesday October 8, 2002, at 09:30 am.

Participants are requested to register at the Registration Desk between 08:30 and 09:15 hours, on Tuesday October 8, 2002. For identification purposes, participants are also requested to wear the identification badge that will be given during registration. CAR/DCA/1 IP/01 -2-
