The filer also declares that all statements in an electronically transmitted entry, entry summary, invoice, claim, other filing, and all other information or data filed with the entry are true and correct to the best of the filer’s knowledge and belief, and that the filer will produce at once any data or information showing that the statements are not true and correct.
