Seguendo i trend stagionali, a ottobre le compravendite sono scese del 2,8% rispetto a settembre, ma sono in aumento del 2,2% rispetto allo stesso mese dell’anno prima. I prezzi delle case sono aumentati del 11,9% rispetto ad ottobre dell’anno precedente. Ottobre diventa quindi il 21-esimo mese consecutivo di aumento anno-su-anno sia delle vendite e sia dei prezzi. Il prezzo mediano di tutte le case vendute nel mese di ottobre è 179.950 $. Le case in vendita sul mercato sono diminuite del 12,2% rispetto a ottobre dello scorso anno. Per il 29-esimo mese consecutivo le case in vendita sul mercato hanno registrato una riduzione ad un ritmo più lento. Le case sul mercato di ottobre sono diminuite della metà rispetto al mese di giugno. Con l’attuale andamento delle vendite, il numero di mesi necessari per vendere tutta l’offerta di case sul mercato è salito a 4,9. Questo valore si avvicina ai 6 mesi che rappresentano un punto di equilibrio nel mercato immobiliare. “Quello che stiamo vedendo ora sono cicli stagionali prevedibili, che è solo un altro segno che la ripresa immobiliare ci sta riportando ad un mercato più equilibrato.     Il Programma Interreg V-A Grecia-Italia 2014-2020 Il Programma Interreg V-A Grecia–Italia 2014-2020 è un programma bilaterale di coope- razione transfrontaliera che si propone di definire una strategia di crescita tra la Puglia e la Grecia, finalizzata allo sviluppo di un’economia dinamica basata su sistemi smart, sostenibili e inclusivi per migliorare la qualità della vita dei cittadini europei che vivono in questa por- zione di Europa. Il Programma ha una dotazione finanziaria di euro 123.176.896, che è stata investita per finanziare 51 progetti ordinari del valore di 63 milioni di euro e 5 progettualità strategiche di cui beneficiano i territori della Regione Puglia in Italia e quello delle tre Regioni Greche, Regione dell’Epiro, Regione delle Isole Ionie e Regione della Grecia Occidentale. Focus del programma sono lo scambio di conoscenze, di esperienze e buone pratiche tra gli stakeholders dell’area del Programma, la progettazione di azioni pilota necessarie per lo svi- luppo di politiche di crescita sostenibile nell’ambito dell’economia blu, del turismo e della cultura, la creazione di nuovi prodotti e servizi innovativi per l’industria creativa e dell’agro- food e il supporto all’interconnessione e sostenibilità dei sistemi di trasporto.     INTERREG III B CADSES PROJECT BOOK ADVANCING TRANSNATIONAL CO-OPERATION Preface “Spatial development co-operation”, and more recently “territorial co-operation”, have become buzzwords for concepts which foster European spatial integration and cohesion. From 2000 to 2006 the INTERREG III B CADSES Programme has provided a platform to apply these principles which have also been proposed by the European Spatial Development Perspective (ESDP) for a balanced and sustainable development of Central and South-Eas- tern Europe. The Programme enables and fi nances project collaborations on topics ranging from the improvement of transport systems and access to the information society to the revitalisation of derelict urban areas and fl ood protection. The third edition of the CADSES Project Book compiles for the fi rst time all 134 projects approved within the EU Community Initiative INTERREG III B for transnational co-operation in Central and South-Eastern Europe. The projects were selected by the CADSES Steering Committee in four calls for project proposals, which took place between 2002 and 2006. The last call was completed in 2006 and was carried out within the framework of the neighbourhood approach. This approach stands for better integration of EU Member States, candidate countries and neighbouring countries by supporting transnational co-operation along the external borders of the enlarged European Union. The aim of this book is to illustrate how the approved projects contribute to the achievements of the objectives of CADSES. In many cases the projects have already achieved their fi nal results. By illustrating them the CADSES Project Book should also serve as reference material for those who wish to develop new partnerships and project ideas in the fi eld of territorial co-operation for the upcoming 2007-2013 programming period.

Eleven morphotypes KEYWORDS were recorded: ‘P. cypria’, ‘ P. granulatostellulata’, ‘ P. nitida’, ‘ P. oleracea’, ‘ P. papillatostellulata’, Corsica; Maltese Islands; ‘P. rausii’, ‘ P. sardoa’, ‘ P. sativa’, ‘ P. sicula’, ‘ P. trituberculata’, ‘ P. zaffranii’ and a still unclear form purslane; Sardinia; seed Portulaca oleracea f. Three occur in almost all the Italian peninsula and adjacent islands; three tegument; Sicily; Portulaca are scattered in the Italian peninsula and in the adjacent islands; the remnant have a distribution restricted to the islands such as Sicily and Sardinia.
