Booking Conditions ♦ Flight & Train Delays Delays on arrival will incur into an extra charge after the first waiting hour from the Estimated Arrival Time (EAT). Unless otherwise agreed, delays will be invoiced to the Tour Operator, as follows: * Sedan 35 euro per hour or fraction * Executive Saloon 40 euro per hour or fraction * MPV 45 euro per hour or fraction * Deluxe Minibus (7 seater) 50 euro per hour or fraction * Deluxe Minibus (16 seater) 55 euro per hour or fraction Please check under relevant page for any variation to the above terms. ♦ Missed Flight Connections Alviani Viaggi can not be held responsible for missed connections due to flight delays or cancellations. Therefore, the scheduled transfer service will be charged in full if our vehicles are already at the airport or en route. Clients requesting a second transfer will be informed of the additional costs and charged upon arrival, unless otherwise agreed with the Tour Operator. ♦ Involuntary Detours Involuntary detours are very costly and involve extra kilometres and driving time. If an involuntary detour is necessary on account of adverse weather, strikes, industrial dispute or other unusual conditions, the additional expenses will be at clients’ charge, unless otherwise agreed with the Tour Operator. ♦ Cancellations and/or Modifications There is no charge for any cancellation or modification of a single service up to 48 working hours (72 working hours / 3 working days for the guide) prior the start of the services. Cancellation of a whole file is accepted, without penalties, up to 21 working days. No show or reduced service will be charged in full once started. No refund will be payable for any partial or unused service. Please check under relevant page for any variation to the above terms. ♦ Night Service A supplement of 25 % will apply for services provided between 21.00 hrs and 07.00 hrs unless otherwise specified. Any increase in VAT will be adviced and passed on. Rates do not include any tip to drivers or guides, which are left to clients’ discretion. ♦ Child Seat Infant up to 9 months (or 9 kilos in weight) must occupy, by law, a baby seat. Children over 9 months but under 4 years (between 9-18 kilos) must travel in secured child seats in the rear. Supplement for baby and child seat are euro 20,00 per transfer. Baby and child seats must be booked in advance. ♦ Petrol Surcharge We would like to remind you that we reserve the right to adjust rates at any time in the event of an increase in the fuel prices. The increase will be apply to new requests only. ♦ Lost Luggage & Delayed Luggage Collection Clients to be advised that in the event of a lost luggage or delayed luggage collection from the belt,they need to inform the waiting driver or representative outiside the Custom area as they risk to miss the transfer which will be regularly billed.

Booking Conditions ♦ Stop en Route In order to visit a church, museum or an archeological site located along the transfer route (for example, Pompeii or Herculaneum en route to Sorrento or to the Amalfi Coast), clients often ask for a "stop en route". We recommend to pre-sell this service at the following rates: * Saloon 35 euro per hour or fraction * Executive Saloon 40 euro per hour or fraction * MPV 45 euro per hour or fraction * Deluxe Minibus (7 seater) 50 euro per hour or fraction * Deluxe Minibus (16 seater) 55 euro per hour or fraction ♦ Voluntary Detours We define as “voluntary detour” any change of itinerary requested by the clients, involving extra kilometers and hours (for example, Naples sightseeing en route to Sorrento or to the Amalfi Coast). Extra charges as per Stop en Route, plus euro 1,00 per kilometer, if additional kilometer are involved.

♦ Private Tours or Shore Excursions The way to discover the many archeological and historical treasures, not to mention the picturesque sites and places of interest is to take out a private tour. We can offer tours with or without a private guide, depending on the level and amount of details clients need to know about our history and places of interest. All our friendly drivers can provide a relaxed and pleasant journey, however a professional guide is what they need to get more in depth, especially when it comes to dates and historical events. We can tailor make a tour to suit clients choice and preference as well as time and budget constraints. A few examples of the various tours we offer are listed under each location. ♦ Entrance Fees Entrance fees are never included in our private or regular excursions. We will gladly purchase tickets (only in conjunction with our guides) on behalf of your clients, those being subject to a 22 % mark up to cover our v.a.t. ♦ Concierge Service Our staff can manage dinner reservations, event, museum advanced bookings, private visits and special deliveries to out-of-the-way places. Of course has a cost which we will gladly quote net to you, adding a service charge of 10% with a minumum admin fee of 20 euro per service,per booking.You will be charged even if service is no longer required. Valpolicella Wine Tour A full-day (Six hours) visiting the Valpolicella wine district providing an exploration of the famous Amarone hills with a Tour Manager, driver, winery visits and optional lunch. While on the road, sit back, relax, and admire the rolling vineyard landscape.

Soave Wine Tour Soave is a dry white wine from the Veneto region principally produced around the medieval village of Soave , not far from Verona , pairing incredibly with reach seafood. A full day (Six hours) visiting vineyards and Soave village with your Tour Manager & driver and optional lunch.

Mantova (Mantua) (6 Hrs) Geographically located in Lombardy , Mantua is less than one hour away from Verona. A Roman village which dates back to the 70 BC , ruled by the Gonzaga Family for 300 years from the 14th century to the 17th century, seat of one of the most splendid courts in Europe , reach in art and culture. In our tour we have included a step on guide meeting you at Palazzo Te for a walking tour which will include also the historical centre and Palazzo Ducale. Time for an optional lunch before returning to Verona.

Vicenza (8 hrs) Another great town to visit not far from Verona. Vicenza is synonymous of Andrea Palladio , born in Padua in 1508 but moved later to Vicenza. An architect who had the fortune to give concrete forms to his imagination and innovations. Meet your local guide upon arrival and start your walking tour which will include Palladio’s Teatro Olimpico, Basilica Palladiana, Palazzo Chiericati , and Villa La Rotanda before reaching the centre. Time for an optional lunch before retruning to Verona.

Padova (10 hrs) During the 15th century was the major artistic centre in Veneto , today the modernity and activity dominates the centre with very little left in the older quarter. The Scrovegni Chapel , with Giotto’s frescos, the Basilica of S. Antonio with the 15th bronzes by Donatello, and la Scuola del Santo with a painting by Tiziano, are some of the highlights you will visit today. Meet your step on guide upon arrival (approx.75’ drive) for a compulsory prebooked entrance to the Scrovegni Chapel for a walking tour and optional lunch before returning to Verona late afternoon.

Lake Garda (6 hrs) - Desenzano & Sirmione Leave Verona after breakfast for a short drive to Desenzano del Garda. Upon arrival meet your guide for a visit to the remains of a Roman Villa and Antiquarian. The Archaeological Museum and walk thought the old harbour before continuing by car to the near Sirmione, chosen by the Roman poet Catullus as his residence. Sirmione, the Pearl of Lake Garda, is a narrow peninsula that separate the Bays of Desenzano and Peschiera, with a fortress built during the 13th century at the edge of the town, narrow streets (pedestrians) with shops and restaurants , and a final visit to the Grotte of Catullo.

Lake Garda (10 hrs) This tour has been designed not to provide you with a bird’s eye view of the lake but calling at some of the main towns for a short walk into Malcesine , Riva , Limone Desenzano and Sirmione (one hour per location) driving along the lake shore. Mt Vesuvius When Vesuvius erupted on 24 August A.D. 79, it engulfed the two flourishing Roman towns of Pompeii and Herculaneum, as well as the many wealthy villas in the area. These have been progressively excavated and made accessible to the public since the mid-18th century. The vast expanse of the commercial town of Pompeii contrasts with the smaller but better-preserved remains of the holiday resort of Herculaneum, while the superb wall paintings of the Villa Oplontis at Torre Annunziata give a vivid impression of the opulent lifestyle enjoyed by the wealthier citizens of the Early Roman Empire

Herculaneum Unjustly less famous then Pompeii has been destroyed by the sare eruption of Mt.Vesuvius beginning on August 24, AD 79. The pyroclastic flow instantly killed all residents who had not escaped before it struck. In contrast to Pompeii, the bodies of those at Herculaneum aro not preserved in cast; however, hundreds of skeletons have been discovered, mostly on what was once the ancient beach.

Pompeii The volcano collapsed higher roof-lines and buried Pompeii under many meters of ash and pumice, and it was lost for nearly 1700 years before its accidental rediscovery in 1748. Since then, its excavation has provided an extraordinarily detailed insight into the life of a city at the height of the Roman Empire. Today, it is one of the most popular tourist attractions of Italy and a UNESCO World Heritage Site togheder with Herculaneum, Oplontis & Stabiae.

Oplontis & Stabiae (Villas) The Villa di Poppea .The villa is believed to have belonged to Poppaea Sabina, the second wife of the Emperor Nero.It is luxuriously appointed, and dates back to the 1st century B.C. It had been extended during imperial times and was undergoing restoration work when it was buried in the eruption of 79 AD.

The Villa San Marco is one of the largest villas ever discovered in Campania, measuring more than 11,000 square meters. This villa has an atrium, a courtyard containing a pool, a triclinium with views of the bay, and a colonnaded courtyard. There are also many other small rooms, a kitchen, and two internal gardens. Villa San Marco is also important because it has provided us with beautiful frescoes, sculptures, mosaics, and architecture, which show styles and themes comparable to those found in Pompeii and Herculaneum.

Choice of two itineraries: v (A) Aragonese Castle, Sant'Angelo, Thermal Park Negombo (Daily) Leave your hotel in time to get either into Sorrento or into Amalfi for the 09.30 hydrofoil/boat to Ischia Porto. On arrival in Ischia, meeting with your guide and private car/minivan for the short drive to Ischia Ponte and visit of the Castello Aragonese. The visit will last approx 90 minutes, continuing by car via Ischia Porto, Casamicciola and Lacco Ameno into Sant'Angelo, the old fishermen village now an international touristic resort. No cars, but boutiques, fine jeweller's shop, craftman goods, which allow visitors a special shopping. Classic Rent a Car Terms & Conditions in conjunction with 1. Third Party Liability Third Party Liability cover (TPL) is provided with the vehicle as standard. This means that if you have an accident in our vehicle and you injure someone, including any of your passengers, or you damage anyyhing which belongs to them, you will not have to pay any of their costs. Third Party Liability cover does not cover any death or injury suffered by the driver of our vehicle or any damage to personal items in our vehicle. If the law requires us ti provide you with third party liability cover, the minimum cover required by law will still apply but we, or our insurer, may seek to recover our costs from you if the accident was caused by: ● By you breaking the contract ( for example allowing someone we had not approved drive the vehicle of driving whilst under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any other unlawful substance). ● As resault of your negligence or necklessness. 2. Driving licence Driving licence at least valid since 24 months (valid for all drivers). International driving licence is mandatory for all residents in extra European countries. 3. Driving restrictions It is forbidden to drive on non-paved roads (sand and gravel tracks). It is allowed to take the vehicle on ferries, from and to the mainland to Sicily and Sardinia. 4. Minimum Age of renter with travel voucher (equals 1st driver) 21 year for groups A, B, C, D, E, F, G,J K, M, P. A driving license issued by minimum 2 years is a must. After 25 year all car groups (including groups H & L) can be rented with a driving license issued by minimum 1 year. A higher minimum age limit may apply to certain vehicles. 5. Minimum Age of additional drivers All additional drivers must meet age, driving licence and ID requirements. 6. Costs for additional drivers There is a fee for every Additional Driver who is allowed vehicle. The price depends on the location you are renting from but you can expect it to be between € 8,54 ( VAT included) and € 10,00 ( VAT and airport surcharges included) per day per driver. If you rent the vehicle for more than 15 days, you will only be charged for a maximum of 15 days and get cover for the duration of your rental, up to 30 days. Original driving licence must be shown. Please be aware outside Italy car be driven only from the main renter. 7. Young Driver Surcharge If you, or any of your drivers, are under 25 when you pick up the vehicle, you will each have to pay a young driver surcharge. The cost for this will depend on where you are picking the vehicle up from, but you can expect it to be between € 20,17(VAT included) and € 23,60 ( VAT & airport surcharges included), per day, for each driver. If you rent the vehicle for more than 15 days, you will only be charged for a maximum of 15 days and get cover for the duration of your rental, up to 30 days. 8. One-way rentals The price depends on the rental location. If you want to pick up the vehicle and return it to a different location in the same country, you ca expect it to be between € 12,20 ( VAT included) and € 625,79 (VAT and airport surcharges included) If you want to pick up the vehicle in one country and drop it off in an other country you can expect it to be between € 370,40 (VAT included) and € 2,600.73 ( VAT and airport surcharges included). 9. Payment The renter has to present a pre-paid AVIS voucher and his/her credit card as a deposit for extras such as fuel, special equipment, excess and anything else not included in the voucher. Avis accepts: American Express ( excluding American Express traveller's cheque cards), Diners, Discover, Visa Credit, Visa Debit, MasterCard Credit, MasterCard Debit Cards. We don't accept Visa Electron cards, Maestro cards, Cirrus cards, JCB cards, any prepaid cards - even if the carry the Visa or MasterCard Logo-or any other cards not listed above. The driver must be the holder of the credit card.

10. Cross boarder rentals. You are only allowed to use the vehicle in the following countries: Austria, Czech Republic ( luxury vehicles H & L categories excluded), Belgium, Croazia (luxury vehicles H & L categories excluded) Denmark, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Norway, Holland, Portugal, UK, Slovenia ( luxury vehicles H & L caegories excluded), Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. For the Czech Republic, Croatia and Slovenia the transit of vehicles through the ports is not allowed. All above to be reconfirmed at time of reservation. 11. Late arrivals (MLA “meet late arrival”) Available only in some airports and railway stations. The out of our's fee is between €63,00 (VAT included) and € 73,73 (VAT and airport surcharges included). In order to receive the confirmation of the service customer has to call the reservation team or the rental station directly. Credit card is mandatory in case of “no show”; the fee will be charged anyway.

12. Special Equipments The prices we give you for optional extras when you book will generally be the prices you will pay. Exchange rates or other reasons beyond our control may alter prices. Child seats: The fee for renting a child seat will depend on where you are renting - but you can expect it to cost between € 8,54 ( VAT included) and € 87,79 ( VAT and airport surcharges included) a day. If you rent the vehicle for more than 3 days you will only be charged for a max of 3 days and get to use the seat for the duration of you rental, up to 30 days. If the seat is damaged, lost or stolen you will have to pay for a replacement. This is likely to cost between € 30,50 (VAT included) and € 147,03 ( VAT and airport surcharges included) on top of the hire fee.If you show the damage or lost was not, in any way your fault or due to you negligence, we will refund this cost to you. In Italy, all children must normally use a child car seat until they are 11 years old or 36 Kg. Find out more: www. poliziadistato.it GPS (satellite navigation system: The fee for renting a GPS will depend on where you are renting - but you can expect it to cost between € 15,86 ( VAT included) and € 18,55 ( VAT and airport surcharges included) a day. If you rent the vehicle for more than 10 days you will only be charged for a max of 10 days and get to use the GPS for the duration of your rental, up to 30 days. If the GPS is damaged, lost or stolen you will have to pay for a replacement. This is likely to cost: Loss theft and damage € 100,00, Charging cable € 25,00, support tool for GPS e 25,00, GPS bag € 20,00 on top of the hire fee. If you show the damage or lost was not, in any way your fault or due to you negligence, we will refund this cost to you. More special equipments ( i.e. snow chains, ski racks) can be requested at time of reservation. All special equipments are subject to change.

13. Key Box Vehicles returned out of office hours are accepted in most rental locations. Any request must be agreed in advance with check in location. Charge will be based on the office reopening day and hour. For key box availability check with reservation office. 14. Hotel Delivery & Collection The delivery of a vehicle to any hotel is possible during regular opening hours of the AVIS station and is upon request. Usually no delivery on Sundays and on Public Holidays. No delivery/collection from airport locations and in Venice. The delivery/collection of any vehicle and cost must always be reconfirmed by phone with the AVIS Station locally; No delivery or collection in private houses. 15. Tax Rate The current tax rate is 22% (subject to change). 16. Return of the AVIS vehicle It is advisable to return the AVIS vehicle during regular office hours of the AVIS Station. After reconfirmation of the customer with the local AVIS Station, the customer may return the AVIS vehicle out of the regular opening hours; AVIS will charge client until effective reopening time.

17. No show fee If a reservation of a vehicle is not cancelled at least 24 hours prior pick-up time, a no-show fee will be applied. 18.Administrative expenses €61,00+ tax will be applied in case of non-payment of the highway toll, highway code transgressions, fines and faulty accidents without third party. 19. Fuel policy The vehicle will normally be supplied with a full tank of fuel. You must return it with the same amount of fuel it had in it when you picked it up- usually a full tank-as shown on the factory-installed fuel gauge. If you don't return the vehicle with a full tank-and you can't show us a receipt for fuel-we will charge you. 21. PAI

PAI (Personal Accident Insurance) covers the driver of the vehicle in the event of an accident. PAI provides the following benefits: A maximum of € 75,000 in the event of death, loss of limbs or eyes or permanent total disability. A maximum of € 3,000 towards emergency medical expenses related directly to the accident. Medical assistance and rescue costs ( conditions applied) If you have bought PAI, it will be stated on your rental agreement. The price depends on the location you are renting from, but you can expect it to cost between € 11,00 (VAT included) and € 12,87 (VAT and airport surcharges included) a day. If you rent the vehicle for more than 15 days you will only be charged for a max of 15 days and get cover for the duration of your rental up to 30 days. Above coverage can be increased if customer purchase the Super Personal Accident Insurance (SPAI) which provides the following enhanced benefits: ● A maximum of € 300,000 in the event of death, loss of limbs or eyes or permanent total disability. ● A maximum of € 15,000 towards emergency medical expenses related directly to the accident. ● Medical assistance and rescue costs ( conditions applied). ●Baggage up to € 3,000 per vehicle- excluding any items you rented through us (again, there are conditions and a limit of € 350 per item) ●Expenses for replacing main house keys and locks up to € 500 ● Emergency travel expenses up to € 500 If you have bought SPAI, it will be stated on your rental agreement. The price depends on the location you are renting from, but you can expect it to costs between € 8,00 (VAT included) and € 9,36 (VAT and airport surcharges included) a day.
