General Experiences

Planning, detailed design and project management of Maritime Civil and Structural engineering projects including infrastructure, building structure, Port, Harbors, reclamation and coastal protection works. All projects include preparing Term of reference and quotation for bathymetric survey, site-soil investigation, preparing tender documents and preparing progress reports for the client.

Other experiences include preparation of the manual and guidelines in carrying out inspection and assessment works on maritime structures.

3.1 Major Projects Planned and Implemented:

(i) Fishery Port at Kota Bahru (), Pulau Kambing, Kemaman, Chendering, Marang and Dungun (Terengganu), Kuantan, Kuala Pahang, Nenasi (Pahang), Pulau Langkawi (Kedah), Kuala Perlis (Perlis) and Lumut (Perak).(The cost of the projects ranges between RM1.00 millions to RM5.00 millions per port)

(ii) Infrastructure for aquaculture projects at Pulau Langkawi and Kuala Muda (Kedah) (Total cost - RM5.50 millions).

(iii) Fishery product processing factory at Geting (Kelantan), Chendering (Terengganu) and Kuala Muda (Kedah).

(iv) Building for cold rooms/ice factory at various existing fishery ports/complexes.

(v) Slipway and workshops for fishing boat’s repair.
