Le specie della Macedonia e della Tracia (Coleoptera Cerambycidae) Riassunto - Nel presente lavoro vengono prese in considerazione le specie della tribù Dorca- dionini delle regioni greche della Macedonia e della Tracia. Vengono descritte le nuove sottospecie Dorcadion regulare dramaticum (Macedonia orientale), D. gallipolitanum fumidum (Tracia centrale) e D. tauricum pittinoi (Tracia orientale). Si propongono inoltre 5 nuove sinonimie e 1 cambiamento di status tassonomico, e vengono forniti una chiave dicotomica ed un catalogo delle specie della Grecia continentale. Parole chiave: Dorcadionini, Macedonia, Tracia Abstract - Researches upon the Dorcadionini of Greece. IV. The species from Macedonia and Thrace. The present work deals with the species of the tribe Dorcadionini from the Greek regions of Mace- donia and Thrace. A description is given for the new subspecies Dorcadion regulare dramaticum (from oriental Macedonia), D. gallipolitanum fumidum (from central Thrace near Egiros) and D. tauricum pittinoi (from oriental Thrace). 5 new synonimies and 1 change of taxonomic status are furthermore proposed; a key and a catalogue of the species from Continental Greece are fi nally given. Introduzione Con questo contributo, che fa seguito a tre nostri precedenti (2004, 2007, 2008), concludiamo lo studio delle specie di Dorcadionini della Grecia continentale, così rinominati rispetto alla grafi a precedentemente adottata e grammaticalmente cor- retta di Dorcadiini, in osservanza all’art. 29.5 dell’ultima edizione del Codice Internazionale di Nomenclatura Zoologica, che raccomanda di conservare le grafi e maggiormente in uso, anche se grammaticalmente scorrette. -

Munis Entomology & Zoology, 5 (2): 380-498] ABSTRACT: All taxa of the tribe Dorcadiini Latreille, 1825 in Turkey are evaluated and summarized with zoogeographical remarks. Also Dorcadion praetermissum mikhaili ssp. n. is described in the text. KEY WORDS: Dorcadion, Neodorcadion, Dorcadiini, Lamiinae, Cerambycidae, Coleoptera, Turkey. The main aim of this work is to clarify current status of the tribe Dorcadiini in Turkey. The work on Turkish Dorcadiini means to realize a study on about one third or one fourth of Turkish Cerambycidae fauna. As the same way, Turkish Dorcadiini is almost one second or one third of Dorcadiini in the whole world fauna. Turkish Dorcadiini is a very important group. This importance originated from their high endemism rate, and also their number of species. However, the information on all Turkish Dorcadiini is not enough. The first large work on Dorcadiini species was carried out by Ganglbauer (1884). He evaluated a total of 152 species of the genus Dorcadion and 13 species of the genus Neodorcadion. He gave 30 Dorcadion species and 4 Neodorcadion species for Turkey. Then, the number of Turkish Dorcadion species raised to 53 with 23 described species by Heyden (1894), Ganglbauer (1897), Jakovlev (1899), Daniel (1900, 1901), Pic (1895, 1900, 1901, 1902, 1905, 1931), Suvorov (1915), Plavilstshikov (1958). -

A survey on the occurrence of Longhorn-beetles in the Province of South Tyrol-Bolzano is given. The first monograph of the Longhorn-beetles (Coleoptera, Cerambycidae) of the fauna of South Tyrol (N-Italy: Province Bozen-Bolzano) was published by the Author back in 1967. Over 40 years later, a current up- dated and revised edition is given, where also incisive changes and innovations on the valid actual scientific nomenclature of species that occurred since the first edition are considered. Scientific nomenclature follows the recent publications of BENSE (1995), JANIS (2001) and FAUNA EUROPAEA (2007/09) respectively. Detailed descriptions of the presence and biology of some Cerambycid species are given for the first time. Also a historical review of Cerambycid-studies in South-Tirol is given. Apart from the own recent collec- tions and observations made by the Author during the last 45 years, further considered were the findings and rearing results of five other collectors and colleagues, operating here for the last decades, like: M. Kahlen (Hall i.Tirol), W. Schwienbacher (Auer), M. Egger (Innsbruck), E. Niederfriniger (Schenna) und G. v. Mörl (Brixen). In the special faunistic section, the review of each species begins with brief indications about general geographical distribution in Europe and about ecological occurrence, and continues subsequently with a mention of the former indications given by V. M. -

This study was conducted in a region of southern Yunnan, China, which was dominated by natural rainforest until 30 years ago, but is successively transformed into commercial rubber monoculture plantations since that time. The objectives were to investigate longhorn beetle species diversity and distribution in the major land use types of this landscape and to estimate the effects of an expected expansion of rubber plantations on the longhorn beetle assemblages. The results showed that tree species diversity (181 species in total) and longhorn beetle diversity (220 species in total) were closely related with no significant differences between the tree and longhorn beetles assemblages shown by similarity distance analysis. There was a highly positive relationship between the estimated species richness of longhorn beetles and the number of tree species. Individual numbers of longhorn beetles and trees were also highly positive related at the sampling sites. Non-metric multidimensional scaling revealed that the degree of canopy coverage, succession age and tree diversity explained 78.5% of the total variation in longhorn beetle assemblage composition. -

One specimen was found on the mountain Besna Kobila near Vranje, not far from the border with Macedonia. En primerek je bil najden na gori Besna kobila blizu Vranja, nedaleœ od meje z Makedonijo. KLJUŒNE BESEDE: Coleoptera, Cerambycidae, Dorcadion, favna, Srbija The family Cerambycidae consists of 11 subfamilies with around 20,000 species distributed worldwide. The genus Dorcadion with more than 350 species belongs to the subfamily Lamiinae and has Palaearctic distribution (Harde, 1998). Preadult development is attached to different types of soil. Larvae feed on grass roots. Adult beetles are wingless and can be found on roads along grasslands in spring and summer (Baur et al., 2002). Species Dorcadion (Pedestrodorcadion) kaimakcalanum was first described by Ø. Jureœek in 1929. Type locality is Macedonia, Kaimak-calan, Alpine Region. The species was so far found in Macedonia and Greece (Sama, 2004). During field work in July of 2010 on southeast Serbian mountain Besna Kobila [42°31’46”N, 22°13’50”E, 1923 m], 35 km east from Vranje, one specimen of this species was found. -
