COMITÉ DE COMPETICION FEDERACION TERRITORIAL DE BALONMANO DE GUIPUZCOA 20 De Mayo Del 2.021 Acta N.º 32-2020/2021 COMITÉ DE COMPETICION FEDERACION TERRITORIAL DE BALONMANO DE GUIPUZCOA 20 de mayo del 2.021 Acta n.º 32-2020/2021 1.- PARTICIPACION DE JUGADORES Y OFICIALES.-Con el objeto de poder completar las plantillas de los equipos participantes en la 2º fase, mermadas por las condicionessanitarias del Covid-19, este Comité ha decidido autorizar los cupos adicionales, dejando sin objeto el párrafo 8 de la DILIGENCIACION DE LICENCIAS DE JUGADORES Y OFICIALES de la NORMATIVA, REGLAMENTACION Y BASES DE COMPETICIONES de la Temporada 2020/2021. 1.-En respuesta a la solicitud del del club MUNTTARPEde la posibilidad de alinear a las jugadoras NORA GONZALEZ, AIORA TOLARETXIPI, MAIALEN POZO y ADRIANA ITURRIdel equipoMUNTTARPE (Guipúzcoa Cadete femenino) en el equipo MUNTTARPE(Guipúzcoa Juvenil femenina G3), este Comitéprocede a dar su consentimiento, recordando el artículo 2.2· Autorización para jugar en categoría superior del REGLAMENTO GENERAL DE COMPETICIONES DE LA FEDERACION GUIPUZCOANA DE BALONMANO. 2.-En respuesta a la solicitud del del club C.B. UROLAEKde la posibilidad de alinear al jugadorJON RODANES PEREZ del equipo UROLA ALAI HORTZ KLINIKA(Euskadi Juvenilmasculino) en el equipo UROLA A. ARANZADI(2º territorial Senior masculino), este Comité procede a dar su consentimiento, recordando el artículo 2.2· Autorización para jugar en categoría superior del REGLAMENTO GENERAL DE COMPETICIONES DE LA FEDERACION GUIPUZCOANA DE BALONMANO. 3.-En respuesta a la solicitud del del club ZARAUTZ. de la posibilidad de alinear a las jugadoras ANGIE OLABE Y NORA PAZ del equipo AIALA (Guipúzcoa Cadete femenino) en el equipo AIALA (Preferente Cadete femenino), este Comité procede a dar su consentimiento, recordando el artículo 2.2· Autorización para jugar en categoría superior del REGLAMENTO GENERAL DE COMPETICIONES DE LA FEDERACION GUIPUZCOANA DE BALONMANO. 4.-En respuesta a la solicitud del del club ORDIZIA de la posibilidad de alinear al jugador MIKEL TELLERIA del equipo ORDIZIA ESKUBALOIA (Juvenil masculino) en el equipo ORDIZIA SIGLO XX (1º territorial Senior masculino), este Comité procede a dar su consentimiento, recordando el artículo 2.2· Autorización para jugar en categoría superior del REGLAMENTO GENERAL DE COMPETICIONES DE LA FEDERACION GUIPUZCOANA DE BALONMANO. 5.-En respuesta a la solicitud del del club EREINTZA de la posibilidad de alinear al jugador JULEN ESKIDE e IBAI MARFAGON del equipo EREINTZA AGUAPLAST (Preferente Cadete masculino) en el equipo EREINTZA BEISSIER (GuipúzcoaCadete masculino), este Comité procede a dar su consentimiento, recordando el artículo 2.2· Autorización para jugar en categoría superior del REGLAMENTO GENERAL DE COMPETICIONES DE LA FEDERACION GUIPUZCOANA DE BALONMANO. 6.- En respuesta a la solicitud del del club BERGARA de la posibilidad de alinear al jugador JON CECIAGA del equipo BERGARA KE (Senior 2ªTerritorial masculino) en el equipo SORALUCE BKE (Senior 1ªTerritorial masculino), este Comité procede a dar su consentimiento, recordando el artículo 2.2· Autorización para jugar en categoría superior del REGLAMENTO GENERAL DE COMPETICIONES DE LA FEDERACION GUIPUZCOANA DE BALONMANO. 2.CONCESIONES DE BAJA.- 1-Recibida de parte del club C.B.F. EHARIALDEA la petición de retirar de la competición de la categoría Guipúzcoa Juvenil femenino G1 en su 2º fase, y siguiendo los parámetros de seguridad sanitaria marcados este año, este Comité decide conceder la autorización a su equipo CONSULTING ALAVES para abandonar la presente competición. 2-Recibida de parte del club USURBIL K.E.la petición de retirar de la competición de la categoría Juvenil masculino G5 en su 2º fase, y siguiendo los parámetros de seguridad sanitaria marcados este año, este Comité decide conceder la autorización a su equipo USURBIL K.E. para abandonar la presente competición. RECURSOS CONTRA ESTAS RESOLUCIONES SE PODRÁN INTERPONER RECURSOS ANTE EL COMITÉ DE APELACIÓN DE LA FEDERACIÓN VASCA DE BALONMANO, EN LA FORMA Y REQUISITOS ESTABLECIDOS EN EL ART. 70 Y SIGUIENTES DEL REGL. DE RÉGIMEN DISCIPLINARIO, EN EL PLAZO DE DIEZ DIAS HÁBILES A CONTAR DESDE EL SIGUIENTE DE ESTA NOTIFICACIÓN. COMITÉ DE COMPETICION FEDERACION TERRITORIAL DE BALONMANO DE GUIPUZCOA 20 de mayo del 2.021 Acta n.º 32-2020/2021 3.-NORMATIVA ACTUACION ARBITRAL.- 1. Recibido del Comité de árbitros el acta del partido celebrado en Elgoibar el día 15 de mayo de 2021, entre los equipos ASTIGARRAGA GYS SPORT ELGOIBARy NEOLITH ORIO ESKUBALOIAde categoría cadete femenino, se indica en ella que el equipo local es el ASTIGARRAGA GYS SPORT ELGOIBAR cuando en realidad el equipo local es el NEOLITH ORIO ESKUBALOIA como refleja la autorización en el acta 29-2020/2021. Aplicando el REGLAMENTO DE RÉGIMENDISCIPLINARIODE LA FEDERACIÓN VASCA DEBALONMANO en su artículo 21: 1. Se considerarán como infracciones específicas leves de los componentes del equipo arbitral las siguientes: b. La cumplimentación incompleta u omisión de datos en el acta de partido; laincorrecta o inexacta redacción del mismo; la no remisión de dicho acta o de los informes correspondientes en la forma y plazos previstos en el Reglamento de Partidos y Competiciones. Este comité decide sancionar al árbitro JAVIER HIDALGO con apercibimiento por ser la 1º falta. 2. Recibido del Comité de árbitros el acta del partido celebrado en Donibane el día 15 de mayo de 2021, entre los equipos DONIBANE ESKUBALOIAy ORDIZIA ESKUBALOIAde categoría Cadetemasculino, se indica en ella que el equipo “B” no presenta preparador porque el que figura como tal,JAVIER LIZARRE, tiene licencia de Oficial. Aplicando la NORMATIVA, REGLAMENTACION Y BASES DE COMPETICIONES de la Temporada 2020/2021en susBASES PARA TODAS LAS COMPETICIONES DE LA FGBM 1. Todos los equipos participantes tienen la obligación de inscribir en Acta y contar físicamente en cada encuentro con el Entrenador o Ayudante de Entrenador, con la titulación que se contempla en el Reglamento de esta Federación. En caso de incumplimiento se aplicará los artículos 2.5 y 2.10 del Reglamento General de Competiciones FGBM. Este comité decide sancionar al JAVIER LIZARRE con apercibimiento por ser la 1º falta. 3. Recibido del Comité de árbitros el acta del partido celebrado en Arrasate el día 15 de mayo de 2021, entre los equipos INGAS ARRASATE y TOLOSA C.F. ESKUBALOIA de categoría Juvenil femenino, se indica en ella que el equipo “A” no presenta preparador porque el que figura como tal, OSCAR MACIAS, tiene licencia de Delegado. Aplicando la NORMATIVA, REGLAMENTACION Y BASES DE COMPETICIONES de la Temporada 2020/2021 en sus BASES PARA TODAS LAS COMPETICIONES DE LA FGBM 1. Todos los equipos participantes tienen la obligación de inscribir en Acta y contar físicamente en cada encuentro con el Entrenador o Ayudante de Entrenador, con la titulación que se contempla en el Reglamento de esta Federación. Este comité decide sancionar al OSCAR MACIAS con apercibimiento por ser la 1º falta. 4.-NORMATIVA ACTUACION ARBITRAL.- Recibida del USURBIL KE una alegación referente a la sanción a su club por la alineación indebida de 2 jugadoras en el partido celebrado en Usurbil el día 9 de mayo de 2021, entre los equipos USURBIL KE Ay ASTIGARRAGA GYS SPORT ELGOIBARde categoría 2ª FASE GIPUZKOA CADETE FEMENINO (G1), este Comité resuelve mantener dicha sanción por no tener el club USURBIL KE el debido permiso para alinear a las jugadoras del equipo USURBIL KE B. Este permiso hubiera sido concedido de haber avisado a este comité de las circunstancias sanitarias de dicho equipo. RECURSOS CONTRA ESTAS RESOLUCIONES SE PODRÁN INTERPONER RECURSOS ANTE EL COMITÉ DE APELACIÓN DE LA FEDERACIÓN VASCA DE BALONMANO, EN LA FORMA Y REQUISITOS ESTABLECIDOS EN EL ART. 70 Y SIGUIENTES DEL REGL. DE RÉGIMEN DISCIPLINARIO, EN EL PLAZO DE DIEZ DIAS HÁBILES A CONTAR DESDE EL SIGUIENTE DE ESTA NOTIFICACIÓN. COMITÉ DE COMPETICION FEDERACION TERRITORIAL DE BALONMANO DE GUIPUZCOA 20 de mayo del 2.021 Acta n.º 32-2020/2021 5. EXPEDIENTE DISCIPLINARIO.- Este Comité ha recibido las alegaciones solicitadas al club ORDIZIA ESKUBALOIA TALDEA, con lo que se concluyeel expediente informativo para aclarar la reclamación del EREINTZA ESKUBALOIA sobre un fallo en el marcador de goles, ocurrido durante el partido de categoría Cadete femenino celebrado en Renteria el 9 de mayo del presente año, entre los equipos del EREINTZA BEISSIER y ORDICIA OIANGU. 6.- PARTIDO RECUPERADO.-En respuesta a las solicitudes de recuperación de partidos aplazados entre los siguientes clubes, habiéndose comprobado el acuerdo entre los dos equipos, este Comité de competición procede a aceptar dichas solicitudes: Cadete Territorial masculino HIERROS SERVANDO EIBAR ESKUBALOIA – ORDIZIA ESKUBALOIA (7ªjornada), el sábado 22 de mayo a las 18:15 en Eibar (Ipurua kiroldegia). Cadete Territorial masculino URKUNDE ELGOIBAR – AMENABAR A (7ªjornada), el domingo 23 de mayo a las 12:00 en Elgoibar (Olaizaga kiroldegia). Cadete Territorial masculino BANKOA ELGOIBAR – AMENABAR C (7ªjornada), el sábado 22 de mayo a las 16:00 en Elgoibar (Olaizaga kiroldegia). Cadete Territorial masculino ZARAZPE PULPO – BIDASOA IRUN (8ªjornada), el sábado 22 de mayo a las 12:00 en Zumaia (Lubaki kiroldegia). Cadete Territorial femenino KALARI TABERNA PULPO – USURBIL B (3ªjornada de la 2ªFase), el sábado 22 de mayo a las 16:00 en Zumaia (Lubaki kiroldegia).     Mondragon Multi-localisation Strategy: Innovating a Human Centred Globalisation 383 CASE STUDY 6: MONDRAGON INTERNATIONAL CLUSTERS Introduction The Mondragon co-operatives history is that of a group based on geographically proximity of the co-operatives themselves, and on inter-cooperation among them. Mondragon and the Deba Valley; while compared to Emilia Romana (Becattini, 1990), it has been identified as an Industrial District. The diversity of sectors, markets and technologies among Mondragon co-operatives can be attributed to the strategies followed by Grupo Caja Laboral back in the 1970s and 80s. In 1991 the Mondragon Group’s industrial divisions were re-structured according to sectors, in order to enhance the possibilities thereof. The Mondragon Group’s new structure, organised around economic sectors, was coherent with the clustering strategy implemented in the Basque Country and based on the recommendations made by Professor Michael Porter from Harvard University. Today the Mondragon industrial co-operatives are not only divided into 12 industrial divisions (see Figure 3.9), but are also active members of the regional industrial clusters, such as ACICAE (automotive) or GAIA (telecommunication). It can be said that both strategies have been of great success. The having of a global dimension is a requirement for most of the Mondragon co- operatives. Increasingly they are opening production plants abroad in countries and regions that have a similar series of challenges and opportunities1. BASES PARA LA ELABORACION DEL MODELO TERRITORIAL 17 PLAN TERRITORIAL PARCIAL DEL AREA FUNCIONAL DE BEASAIN-ZUMARRAGA (GOIERRI) 2.1. EL TERRITORIO 2.1.1. El Soporte Físico El Area Funcional del Goierri (Beasain-Zumárraga) comprende el territorio de los 22 términos municipales adscritos a la misma (Legorreta, Itsasondo, Arama, Altzaga, Gaintza, Zaldibia, Ordizia, Beasain, Lazkao, Ataun, Olaberria, Idiazabal, Segura, Zerain, Mutiloa, Zegama, Ormaiztegi, Gabiria, Ezkio-Itsaso, Zumárraga, Urretxu y Legazpi) así como los correspondientes a las Parzonerías generales de Gipuzkoa-Araba (Aitzgorri) y Gipuzkoa- Navarra (Mancomunidad de Enirio-Aralar). Este Area, situada en el sureste del Territorio Histórico de Gipuzkoa, tiene una altitud media moderada a excepción de las cumbres de los dos macizos que la limitan por el sureste y suroeste, es decir, Aralar-Lizarrusti y Aitzgorri-Altzania, donde se encuentran alturas próximas a los 1.400 metros, (Txindoki, Uarrain, Balerdi y Gambo) en Aralar y sobrepasando los 1.500 metros en Aitzgorri (Arbelaitz, Atxuri, Aketegi y Aitzgorri). Las estribaciones del macizo de Aralar constituyen igualmente su limite oriental, mientras que por el Oeste queda limitada por un conjunto de montañas de menor altura, alrededor de 900 m, como Gorostiaga, Arrola e Irimo. El Macizo Zamiño-Izazpi, con alturas próximas a los 1.000 metros, y Murumendi, unidos por el puerto de Mandubia, conforman los límites septentrionales del Area Funcional. El relieve general, conformado por una sucesión de colinas y montañas, surcadas las más de las veces por estrechos valles, es pronunciado ya que el 80% de su territorio tiene una pendiente superior al 30%.
