VIEWING

Prospective purchasers may view the crops on the four days prior to the Auction Sale and are respectfully requested to take care not to cause unnecessary damage. All viewings should be undertaken in accordance with current social distancing requirements.

THE AUCTION

The number of buyers MUST be restricted to allow Social Distancing (min 2 metres between each buyer). A register of contact name, address and telephone number will be taken on entry and exit. Attenance to the sale will be restricted to two persons from one household, children are not allowed to attend the sale.

DIRECTIONS to Hazel Farm, Alveston, Nr Thornbury, Hazel Farm is situated on the B4461 road running from the main roundabout off the Old , which links the villages of Aust and Alveston. The farm is well situated with good access from the M4, M5 and M48, and the main A38 road. Directions will be posted off the B4461.

1. All Lots are sold on the Condition that the Purchaser shall give his name, address and telephone number to the Vendor who will then contact the Purchaser to notify him when combining of that particular Lot will commence.

2. Purchasers will be required to bale and remove the straw from the land within 7 working days of combining, subject to weather conditions.

3. It is a Condition of Sale that the Purchaser shall NOT allow any work to be done on the Vendors’ land on a Sunday.

4. In the case where Lots do not have direct road access or a farm track, the Vendor will give Right of Way over adjoining land.

5. The Purchase price shall be paid to the Auctioneers in full at the conclusion of the Sale.

6. The straw shall be the property of and at the risk of the Purchaser as soon as the crop has been combined.

7. The acreage quoted is the effective working area of each Lot and is not guaranteed.
