These steps include networking in national, regional as well as in European level. Networking in national level was achieved via the formation of a Greek National Support Group (NSG). The members of the NSG are cooperating in order to validate the Ele.C.Tra. model, to highlight the project’s benefits and potential issues and to identify solutions aiming to extend the system in the project afterlife period. So far, the Greek NSG has managed to: examine other programmes related to electromobility in order to gather issues that have arisen identify the reasons why these issues occurred indicate the key elements behind a successful model implement these elements into the project in order to emphasize its benefits promote the Ele.C.Tra. project create a mixed cluster of retailers, companies, associations, public and local authorities, municipalities, media and universities Networking in regional level was achieved via the organization of one regional event as well as via the participation in one event with regard to electromobility. Both types of events have resulted in the formation of a regional cluster which consists of stakeholders, mostly from the business, infrastructure and institutional sectors. The additional benefits gained via the regional networking activities were the following: The regional event gave to the public the opportunity to be informed in detail regarding the electric scooter sharing During the regional event the public had the opportunity to test drive electric vehicles and to express their opinions on the advantages and disadvantages of this kind of vehicles in their point of view The participation to another project’s event gave to Ele.C.Tra. the opportunity to build synergies with already existing networks The following report presents all networking activities being realized by AVMap in a national and regional framework. 5 Electric City Transport – Ele.C.Tra. 1.1 Networking activities in national level In view of the national networking, the Greek National Support Groups (NSGs) was established in the area of East Attica. So far, the following activities have been realized by the Greek NSG: The 1st NSG meeting, which took place on July 2014 The 2nd NSG meeting, which took place on November 2015 1.1.1 1st NSG meeting The 1st Greek NSG meeting was held on Thursday, July 17th, 2014, at the Wine Museum, in the suburbs of Pikermi-Pallini, East Attica, so that it could be approached by representatives from any Municipality in North-East Attica. At the labor table there were mayors and people from the town council, representatives from the Center for Renewable Energy Sources and Saving’s (CRES) research department, from the Hellenic Public Power Corporation (DEH) and the Athens Water Supply and Sewerage Company (EYDAP), managers from Greek and foreign companies, a representative of the Athens International Airport, a representative of the port of Rafina, professors and researchers from Universities and Technical Universities, as well as journalists of newspapers and magazines. During the meeting, the participants discussed ways for preparing the local authorities in order to gradually implement small steps towards electromobility (studies and contacts that must be done in order to have a general idea on the current situation, electric vehicles promotion, citizens’ awareness). They also suggested institutions and organizations they could approach in order to build strong synergies. In the end, all participants committed to make all possible efforts in order for the Ele.C.Tra. project to be disseminated in a wider range. The corresponsive agenda, minutes, photos, presentations and attendance list are being presented in detail in ANNEX VI of the submitted 3rd semestrial communication report. 6 Electric City Transport – Ele.C.Tra. 1.1.2 2nd NSG meeting AVMap has realized the 2nd NSG meeting in Greece on November 16th, 2015, at the offices of AVMap in Chalandri, Attica. The NSG members were mainly representatives of electromobility community (Hellenic Institute of Electric Vehicles, Community -Electric Mobility in Greece, Institute of Geoenvironment) and representatives of public sector (municipalities, Hellenic post office services). The NSG members from public sector stressed out the need to have financial support in order to apply EleCTra model. AVMap members presented the funding opportunities that arriving in Greece either via LIFE initiative, Urban Innovative Actions, or via the National Strategic Reference Framework (NSRF) for the period 2014 - 2020. The members mentioned that the NSRF for 2014 - 2020 has been delayed at a great extent, since the new calls are actually to be announced in 2016. The 2nd NSG was not successful like the 1st NSG. The Greek members of the NSG, the ones that first arrived and declared their interest, are actually divided in: a) Private sector (providers of e-light vehicles and scooters) b) Public sector (municipalities and other non-profit institutes involved in electric mobility and environmentally friendly technologies. The companies that are now activated in Greece in this sector are actually dramatically reduced since 2013 due to the socio-economic instability of the country. In the next years, it is expected that they will increase again with the financial support of the funding tools that will be released in 2016. The municipalities also believe that while EleCTra model is very meaningful, they cannot practically apply it before the end of 2017 due to the lack of resources. The meeting was closed with all members agreeing to sustain the group in the forthcoming years in order to achieve urban sustainable mobility targets via electric mobility cooperative schemes. The corresponsive agenda, minutes, presentations and attendance list are being presented in detail in ANNEX V of the submitted 5th semestrial communication report. 7 Electric City Transport – Ele.C.Tra. 1.2 Networking activities in regional level In view of the regional networking, AVMap has realized the following activities: e-Mobility Works information day,
