After the information were gathered through internet, interviews and listed systematically, We are surprised to see that so many organizations are providing services and how comprehensive these services are. It is not easy to find them, however, since they are scattered in different corners. So we listed different services in Stockholm, Helsinki, Turku, Tallinn and Riga with a short description on their target group, service contents and contact information so that it will be a “Wikipedia” of service for expats in the Central Baltic Sea Region and a handy retrieval tool for information.     ENROLLMENT IN PRE-PRIMARY EDUCATION January 7-24, 2020 For whom? • Pre-primary education is obligatory for all six-year-olds, that is, for those born in 2014. The guardians have to ensure that their child participates in pre-primary education or other activities in order to achieve the goals of pre-primary education. • Seven-year-olds whose school attendance has been postponed a year retain the right to pre-primary education. • Also five-year-olds who have a decision on extended compulsory education have the right to pre- primary education. Where? • Pre-primary education is arranged on the premises of municipal and private day-care centers and schools. • The places where pre-primary education is arranged are announced on Vantaa’s website (www.vantaa.fi/esiopetus). Service counselors and day-care center directors also pro-vide further information. When? • In the 2020-2021 school year, pre-primary education begins on Thursday, August 13, 2020, and ends on Friday, June 4, 2021. • Pre-primary education is given on schooldays, 20 hours per week, four hours per day. "ek" is an official term in Finnish building legislation meaning the density/efficiency of block of buildings that is the ratio between the gross floor area and the building plot (for example 12 000 m2 gross floor area / 10 000 m2 building plot => e = 1,2). We saw all the parameters of the distance of the construction from de main streets, (40 meters for Atomi Building and 10 or 20 meters for residential blocks.), we know as well about the tow green areas projected for the intervention area (Rälssipuisto and Manttaalipuisto Parks), however we will like to know if for the rest of area exist some ratio/indicator for the ocupation of soil or are not defined.

The Network Statement describes the state-owned railway network, access conditions, the infrastructure capacity allocation process, the services supplied to railway undertakings and their pricing as well as the principles for determining the infrastructure charge. The Network Statement is published for each timetable period for applicants requesting infrastructure capacity. This Network Statement covers the timetable period 13 December 2020 – 11 December 2021. The Network Statement 2021 has been prepared on the basis of the previous Network Statement taking into account the feedback received from users and the Network Statements of other European Infrastructure Managers. The Network Statement 2021 is published as a PDF publication. The Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency updates the Network Statement as necessary and keeps capacity managers and known applicants for infrastructure capacity in the Finnish railway network up to date on the document.

Lähteinä käytettiin alan kirjallisuutta, sähköisiä lähteitä kuten internet sivustoja sekä aktiivi- asuntosijoittajan haastattelua. Kivistön alueelta valittiin analysoitavat asuntokohderyhmät jonka muuttujia vertailtiin valtakunnallisella, alueellisella ja kohdekohtaisella tasolla. Kivistön kiinteistöjen vertailutyökaluina käytettiin kiinteistöalan tuottomittareita, kuten vuokra- ja oman pääoman tuottoprosentit sekä kassavirtalaskelmat. Suunnitelma-alue kattaa osia Länsi-Vantaasta sekä Pohjois-Espoosta, kuten esimerkiksi Ylästön, Martinlaakson, Myyrmäen, Kalajärven, Lahnuksen, Lähderan- nan ja Järvenperän alueet. Suunnitelmalla on myös vaikutuksia laajemmalla alueella Etelä- Espoon ja Leppävaaran eteläpuolella, mutta näiden osalta tarkemmat linjastoratkaisut teh- dään omana linjastosuunnitelmana. Työn aikana on toimittu tiiviissä vuorovaikutuksessa suunnittelualueen asukkaiden kanssa, hyödyntäen suunnitelmaa varten perustettua blogia sekä erillistä asukkaille osoitettua liik- kumistutkimusta. Lisäksi luonnosvaiheessa järjestettiin suunnitelmasta kolme asukastilai- suutta, joista kaksi Vantaalla ja yksi Espoossa. Suunnitelmassa on hyödynnetty myös Te- lian Crowd Insights –aineistoa jossa eri alueiden välisten matkojen määrät arvioidaan mat- kapuhelimien tukiasemapaikannusten avulla.
