9.3.2005 EN Official Journal of the European Union C 59/7 LIST OF NATURAL MINERAL WATERS RECOGNISED BY MEMBER STATES (2005/C 59/06) (Text with EEA relevance) I List of natural mineral waters recognised by Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Greece, Spain, France, Italy, Netherlands, Austria, Portugal, Sweden and United-Kingdom In accordance with Article 1 of Council Directive 80/777/EEC of 15 July 1980 on the approximation of the laws of Member States relating to the exploitation and marketing of natural mineral waters (1), the Commission has been informed by Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Greece, Spain, France, Italy, Netherlands, Austria, Portugal, Sweden and United-Kingdom of the following amendments to be made to the list (2)of natural mineral waters recognised as such by the Member States. The following list modifies the list previously published.
