The application of the following organizations to be admitted as amicus curiae in the above matters is hereby granted:- People Opposing Women Abuse (POWA) National Institute for Crime Prevention and Rehabilitation of Offenders (NICRO) Women's Support Centre The Advice Desk for Abused Women Rape Crisis (Cape Town) NISAA - Institute for Women's Development Women Against Women Abuse (WAWA) Written argument by or on behalf of the said organizations shall be served upon all the parties in these proceedings and lodged (together with 25 copies) with the Registrar of the Constitutional Court by not later than 14 August 1995. Such written argument may be prepared by a person qualified to appear on behalf of other persons in the Supreme Court of South Africa, or by any member or officer of the relevant organization properly authorized by it. Such written argument shall comply with Rule 9(7) of the Rules of the Constitutional Court. V. / 5. The provisions of paragraphs 1, 2, 3, 5.3, 8, 10 and 13 of the previous directions, as amended, shall apply mutatis mutandis to the said organizations.
