How to Get to Crystal Lake Camps: Driving Directions: We are located about 27 miles (50 min.) from Exit 212W (also known as 212B) of Interstate 80. Take I-180W 12 miles to Muncy, where you’ll take exit 13 to Route 405. Turn right at the end of the off-ramp and take a left at the first stoplight. Go straight through the town of Hughesville. The road you are on turns into US Route 220 North in Hughesville. Take this about 5 miles into the small village of Tivoli. Turn left in Tivoli at the Crystal Lake Camps sign between the white church and Dincher’s fruit stand. Follow the Crystal Lake Camps signs about 7 miles to camp. Allow 20 minutes from Tivoli on the two miles of blacktop followed by five miles of good gravel road to camp. Parts of the road are steep and winding requiring low gear going down. NEW YORK CITY (200 mi.; 3:45) Go west on I-80 (from GW Bridge) into PA to exit 212W (also known as 212B). Follow directions above. WASHINGTON, DC (220 mi.; 4:15) Go north on I-270 to Frederick. Continue north on US Route 15 past Harrisburg and Lewisburg to I-80. Go east on I-80 one mile and get off at Exit 212W (also known as 212B). Follow driving directions above. BALTIMORE, MD (180 mi.; 3:45) Go north on I-83 to Harrisburg. Follow US Route 322 west to Amity Hall. Take US Route 15 north to I-80. Go east on I-80 one mile to exit 212W (also known as 212B). Follow driving directions above. PHILADELPHIA, PA (185 mi.; 3:30) Go north on PA Turnpike, Northeast Extension to exit 35. Go west on I-80 to exit 212W (also known as 212B). Follow driving directions above. BOSTON, MA (375 mi.; 7:00) Go west on Mass Pike to exit 9 (I-84). Go west on I-84 to Hartford, CT. Follow directions from Hartford. HARTFORD, CT (275 mi.; 5:30) Go west on I-84 to Scranton, PA. Go south on I-81 to Exit 170B (Rt. 309) near Wilkes Barre. Go north on Route 309 to Rt. 118 at Dallas, PA. Go west on Rt. 118 to Hughesville. Turn right and follow Rt. 220 to Tivoli. (See driving directions above.) ALBANY, NY (260 mi.; 5:00) Go west on I-88 to Binghamton, NY. Go west on Route 17 to Waverly, NY. Go south on US Route 220 to Tivoli. Turn right in Tivoli and follow signs to Camp. ROCHESTER, NY (195 mi.; 4:00) Go south on I-390 to Corning, NY. Go south on US Route 15 to Williamsport, PA. Go north on US route 220 through Hughesville to Tivoli. Turn left in Tivoli and follow signs to camp. CLEVELAND, OH (320 mi.; 5:30) Go east on Ohio Turnpike to exit 218. Go east on I-80 to exit 212W (also known as 212B) in Pennsylvania. Follow driving directions above. PITTSBURGH, PA (225 mi.; 4:30) Go east on US 22 to Hollidaysburg, north on US 220 to Tivoli. Turn left in Tivoli. Public Transportation: Bus: Susquehanna Trailways has bus service to Williamsport, PA, from New York City (Port Authority Terminal), Philadelphia (13th and Arch Sts.) and connecting points. From Washington, DC and Baltimore leave from Greyhound Stations. Plane: Note: there has been a change in US Airways’ policy for unaccompanied minors. If camper is 15 years old or older, book a flight to Williamsport, PA on US Airways with connections through Pittsburgh or Philadelphia. For campers under 15 years of age, please speak with the Camp Director. If necessary, arrangements can be made to pick up campers from a New York City airport, however all families must make arrangements with the Camp Director prior to making reservations into airports other than Williamsport. Transportation to Camp: A camp vehicle will meet buses and planes in Williamsport. It is essential that you notify us in advance of your camper’s time of arrival at the airport or bus station so we can schedule transportation to camp. (Please submit this information on the Travel Plans form.) The trip to or from Williamsport by camp vehicle is $10.00 each way per person and transportation between camp and New York City is $50.00 each way per person. Overnight Accommodations: A limited number of rooms are available at camp in Laughlin Lodge by advance reservation. For alternatives, please ask us for a list of nearby accommodations. Baggage: Baggage may be sent to camp via US Mail, UPS, or other package service. Allow at least 1 week for delivery. (Rev. 10/06) .
