PRESS-RELEASE

The international specialized exhibition and forum "Safety and labor protection" (BIOT-2021) will be held 7-10 December 2021 at the Central Exhibition Complex "Expocentre" in Moscow. BIOT-2021 is the anniversary 25th one. In the light of the fact that most alternative exhibitions were cancelled due to pandemic, it will become the largest and most representative forum in the field of occupational health and safety in the CIS and Europe. The jubilee BIOT-2021 will be attended by the heads of the Russian government, top managers of the largest industrial enterprises, leading world companies – manufacturers of personal protective equipment, Russian and foreign experts. In 2019 BIOT was visited by more than twenty thousand specialists and professionals in the PPE and labor protection industry from 45 countries. 450 companies from 23 countries presented over 100 thousand products, goods and services here. The total exhibition area was 16.5 thousand sqm. In 2020, with a view of COVID-19 spread, the online format of the forum was the firstly to be held and gathered 46,700 participants from 35 countries, including the USA, UK, China, India, Germany, France, Ukraine, Italy, Turkey and others. In total, more than 170 events were held within the framework of BIOT-2020. Over 400 speakers had speeches at conferences of the business program. The organizers of BIOT-2021 are traditionally the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation (Mintrud) and the Association of Developers, Manufacturers and Suppliers of Personal Protective Equipment (ASIZ), which is also the operator of the exhibition. The upcoming December Forum will return to its previous live format in pavilions №3 and №7 of Expocentre. Its participants and guests will be provided with the most comfortable conditions for fruitful work. The basis of the exhibition are: Alley of shoes, Alley of shoes production equipment, materials and technologies, Salon of technologies and equipment for consumer industry, Alley of mass media, Salon of innovations and IT solutions, Alley of knowledge, HR-technologies and additional education, Alley of work at height and in a confined enclosed space.
